Sun Valley Honda responded

I am sorry you had the experience you had. We tried everything we could to get you into the vehicle you needed at the payment you wanted. We tried to stay in touch on a regular basis. We do this to be sure that we will be ready when you are. When you originally agreed to the payment we quoted you an interest rate based on an arbitrary interest rate. All deals are quoted this way as we do not know what interest rate the bank will lend at until a credit application is processed. If the rate is higher due to credit issues the payment goes up due to the cost of borrowing going up. We do not process the full application until the time of purchase as credit scores and circumstances may change. Several months elapsed between the time we agreed to a payment and you receiving your settlement. We try to never discuss the details of a credit application over the phone. As soon as we processed your application we made an appointment to discuss what rate the bank was willing to lend at. Your payment rose as the best interest rate we could get you was higher than originally quoted. You declined the higher payment. We offered a longer term to meet your desired payment. You declined. We then offered to lower the price of the vehicle to meet your payment. You declined. At that point we had nothing left to offer as you did not wish to work with us any longer. You then wrote a negative review expressing your concerns so I called you to try to make things right. I let you know that we would be happy to service your vehicle so you did not have to travel out of town and I apologized. I offered you free services to make things right. You declined. I again apologize for your experience and extend my sincere desire to earn your business in the future should you wish to give us the opportunity.
