What service! ! I had been contemplating purchasing a Tacoma for a few years now and am so very happy that I decided to stop in at Sun Country! The Sales Represent ! I had been contemplating purchasing a Tacoma for a few years now and am so very happy that I decided to stop in at Sun Country! The Sales Representative was amazing to deal with and never once did I feel like I was being "sold" - if you're looking to purchase, stop in and see Michael!! I was taken around to all of the different departments and introduced to those I might be dealing with in the future. I don't live in Kamloops; however, due to the level of service and care given to my transaction, I would travel there just to deal with them again! More
After much procrastination I finally made my first service appointment for my new Prius Prime. I called and the man said having the VIN would be helpful, so I went out to the parking lot and took a p service appointment for my new Prius Prime. I called and the man said having the VIN would be helpful, so I went out to the parking lot and took a picture and came back in and called. No answer at the service desk. It was not yet noon, but I thought maybe they'd gone for lunch, so I tried calling again after about 90 minutes. No answer. The fourth time I called a woman answered the phone, I explained what I wanted and that I had the VIN and she was very cheerful and said "I can help you with that!". I was encouraged by her attitude. She offered me an appointment for the upcoming Thursday, and I explained that I was hoping for Saturday as my daughter would be in town and that would make it easier for dropping off the car and picking it up later. She said "no problem!" and confirmed an appointment for Saturday at 1:45 pm. I arrived for my appointment at about 1:40 on Saturday and the woman said I didn't have an appointment today, and that they are all booked up. She looked in the system and said that my appointment was for the previous Thursday at 1:45 pm. I said no, I made it specifically for the Saturday. She just shook her head and said no it was for Thursday. As I was thinking what best to do, it became too noisy in the area to hear her speak, we were both wearing masks of course, with the plexiglass between us, but a couple and a dog were behind me with a woman excitedly talking... the acoustics in the area I guess are such that the sound was amplified and I could not hear a thing! In the end I walked out without an appointment. I feel very dissatisfied with the entire experience. Yes I realize mistakes can be made, but making that appointment was huge for me, and I lined up all my ducks to make it happen. I expect better service from Toyota, I know that they pride themselves as a company on their Toyota ethics. I am very loyal to the brand. I bought the car in Kelowna, and maybe should have driven 2 hours each way to get my first inspection.... but really? Must I? More
I have never left a bad review ever ! These cold hearted folks deserve it. Awful service , management was very rude and not helpful at all , they did not stick to there word , the manager gave attitude on folks deserve it. Oh the list goes on . DO NOT go to Kamloops Toyota , Kelowna Toyota has way better service . Spread the word and get good service elsewhere! More

Toyota is lucky its product is good because it's customer service is horrible. I have bought 4 vehicles from this dealership because the brand is reliable but if domething does go wrong with the vehicles thi service is horrible. Expensive, never on time, and rarely fixed properly. This time while waiting for my sienna to get an indicator light looked at the service did not even start until more than half an hour after the appointment was made. Was looking at a new sienna on the lot but no sales staff our even though the place is dead. That's a first. Like I said if Toyotas weren't so reliable I would be happy to never see this dealership again I think it's time to try Honda out or maybe a Toyota dealership in a different city is better More

Service work often incomplete and expensive Have had our vehicle in for servicing here several times and more often leave disappointed in quality of work, poor communication and cost. Tires were out of balance, tools left in vehicle, lug nut needed tightening, in three time to do a repair and not fixed. Think they want me to buy a new vehicle from them. Now stopped going to them. Wish there was another Toyota dealer in Kamloops. More
