Bought a car have to take it back a second time in 2 weeks for repairs . Live out of town. Have to lose a days pay and pay expenses to drive 2 hrs there and back for the fix. They aren't willing to get weeks for repairs . Live out of town. Have to lose a days pay and pay expenses to drive 2 hrs there and back for the fix. They aren't willing to get the vehicle and fix and return. Not willing to compensate travel or lost wages . Only open Monday to Friday can't go on a day off. The car was delivered to me 18 days ago.. I already drove back once for a repair.. I do not recommend this dealership. Bad business practices towards customers. 401 Auto came and got my vehicle when there was an issue in the first few weeks. Gave me a loaner . Returned my car and gave me compensate of $150 because I had to deal with this right away. Sun Auto figures you have the car so why take any responsibility or have any customer care in the first few weeks when returning 2x for repairs. Sure it's no ones fault but making the customer bare the financial responsibility of loss wages and expenses for a car you sold them 2 weeks ago off your lot is bad business practice. Beware. More
