I have bought 3 vehicles now from Alan. The first 2 times he was excellent! This time he has disappointed me on every level. He said he would fix the heater motor but that was a month and half ago. I continually call/text him and he ignores me. Or says he will get back to me and NEVER does. With colder weather approaching it would be nice to receive the part, but it appears as if he will not honour what he said he would do. Extremely dissatisfied with his customer service this time around. Between him and the xxxxty vehicle he sold me I won't deal with him again. More

They deceived me to buy a car, the windshield was cracked, body scratched, broken board, body chromes damaged, They also said they were coming with spare key but it never came. Sunauto DO NOT TRUST THEM They are not HONEST nor do they honor their contract. My son bought a truck, from them in late 2023. They saw a young man looking for a truck and took advantage. They sold him a 2013 RAM for 15 000$ and when he received it the truck, it was not drivable. First, they did not have the proper key, he was not able to lock the door, the inside door panel was on the back seat. And the list goes on... the front and back differential were finished, the front axel was bent, the front end needed to be redone. He was not able to drive this truck. When he brought to a known Dealership in our area and was told the truck was unsafe, should of never past mechanical. He has now, been paying on a truck that he cannot drive, he has done everything that was in the contract. My son contacted the salesmen he is dealing with as well as the manager many many times to be brushed off. I had posted a review earlier, and they threaten my son that they would not repair the truck if I did not remove it, so I did and here we are 2 months after the fact and they still have not repaired the truck. More
