Sunauto DO NOT TRUST THEM They are not HONEST nor do they honor their contract. My son bought a truck, from them in late 2023. They saw a young man looking for a truck and took advantage. They sold him a 2013 RAM for 15 000$ and when he received it the truck, it was not drivable. First, they did not have the proper key, he was not able to lock the door, the inside door panel was on the back seat. And the list goes on... the front and back differential were finished, the front axel was bent, the front end needed to be redone. He was not able to drive this truck. When he brought to a known Dealership in our area and was told the truck was unsafe, should of never past mechanical. He has now, been paying on a truck that he cannot drive, he has done everything that was in the contract. My son contacted the salesmen he is dealing with as well as the manager many many times to be brushed off. I had posted a review earlier, and they threaten my son that they would not repair the truck if I did not remove it, so I did and here we are 2 months after the fact and they still have not repaired the truck. More

Bought a car have to take it back a second time in 2 weeks for repairs . Live out of town. Have to lose a days pay and pay expenses to drive 2 hrs there and back for the fix. They aren't willing to get weeks for repairs . Live out of town. Have to lose a days pay and pay expenses to drive 2 hrs there and back for the fix. They aren't willing to get the vehicle and fix and return. Not willing to compensate travel or lost wages . Only open Monday to Friday can't go on a day off. The car was delivered to me 18 days ago.. I already drove back once for a repair.. I do not recommend this dealership. Bad business practices towards customers. 401 Auto came and got my vehicle when there was an issue in the first few weeks. Gave me a loaner . Returned my car and gave me compensate of $150 because I had to deal with this right away. Sun Auto figures you have the car so why take any responsibility or have any customer care in the first few weeks when returning 2x for repairs. Sure it's no ones fault but making the customer bare the financial responsibility of loss wages and expenses for a car you sold them 2 weeks ago off your lot is bad business practice. Beware. More
