It’s my obligation as a consumer to let other people know this business is crooked. They don’t pay out liens on time and they use these made up excuses that the sales person was either out of town for a know this business is crooked. I don’t give a xxxx if it was a long weekend, I do my job so do yours. So while the lien isn’t being paid out the consumer is still paying for a car they do not own anymore but a lien still in customers name , which can cause huge problems and why OMVIC was contacted, When the lien finally gets paid out sun auto owes the customer money and it’s been a month of lies and back and forth with the manager and sales person about a cheque they keep saying they sent. I will never ever again do business with this shady crooked criminal peice of xxxx lying sun auto ever again. They think because I am a woman they can steal my hard earned money and keep lying to me about “ The cheque is in the mail”. Or I’ll e-transfer today. Still waiting on that e- transfer that I’ll never see lol… More

I would honestly refrain from purchasing at this place. I purchased a used Tiguan 8 months ago and from the beginning have had nothing but issues right from day 1. The biggest repair being the water cool I purchased a used Tiguan 8 months ago and from the beginning have had nothing but issues right from day 1. The biggest repair being the water coolant amongst other issues a job of approx $2500 which I do not have. They guaranteed that the extended warranty would cover the extras and voila this so called EXTENDED WARRANTY only covers $500. I am in total disbelief , they got me I was scammed. Tristan was available at all times, including Sundays, and was a breath of fresh air in what appeared to be a hopeless situation. I highly recommend these folks. Used cars are used cars. You can't push back hard if the machine isn't perfect, but if you are having a challenging time with your bank, Tristan will take good care of you. More
