When you purchased the CRV it has just came in on trade and I know there had been a rush to get it through the shop and ready for you, if we dropped the ball on the detail then we will gladly make that right for you, if you need a loaner vehicle we will be happy to provide that for you as well. As for the vehicle history, we do a vehicle history check on every vehicle we appraise and bring into our dealership as well as a thorough AMVIC inspection, so in regards to the vehicle being in a rollover that would be something we would most certainly see on the vehicle history. Most front end components have GM specifications that we use as the guidelines to determine if replacement is required.
