brand new car been there for service for 79 days We dealt with Glen for our purchase and he was great to work with. He went above our expectations. We bought a brand new 2020 Terrain on October 29, We dealt with Glen for our purchase and he was great to work with. He went above our expectations. We bought a brand new 2020 Terrain on October 29, 2019. We had the car for a total of 8 days with one service appointment in those 8 days. We were told the dip stick was not in properly and they fixed it and cleaned the oil off the engine and returned our car to us. 2 days later the engine light came on again so we took it back. Turns out there was a lot more wrong than we thought. The car needed 25 parts. The car has been there now for a total of 79 days as of tomorrow, We were told it would be ready last Tuesday and the Tuesday before as well as today with not even a phone call to tell us it would not be ready. We have called to inquire about the status of it multiple times with no return phone calls. We have bought a few cars from this dealership with no problems but after this experience I don't think we will ever do it again. The customer service is terrible now. More
Recently bought a new Tahoe from Summit our sales person Nick was very professional and knowledgeable. I sent my husband first to look when we showed up after together Nick had gone home, but when he found Nick was very professional and knowledgeable. He made purchasing this vehicle a walk in the park, Nick went out of his way to try and find everything I was looking for. He followed up days later even taking the time to ask how I was enjoying it ! I recommend Nick to whoever wants to have great experience with the best price in town! More

Disappointing,very poor communication,overpriced Called in @ 7:30am to schedule appointment 10:00 appointment made and told will diagnose/repair same day if vehicle is here by 12:00 and would infor Called in @ 7:30am to schedule appointment 10:00 appointment made and told will diagnose/repair same day if vehicle is here by 12:00 and would inform me of their findings prior to doing any repairs Vehicle arrived well before 10:00am I called in at approx 2pm because hadn't heard from them with diagnosis Informed that laws had changed and needed to give written or verbal consent before any work could be done (apparently have vehicle towed there,scheduling a 10:00 appointment was not consent enough) since first employee failed to “time stamp” my authorization to diagnose from the original telephone conversation at 7:30 . Then informed it would be a minimum $245/hr to diagnose. I informed them the error code was P1682 She replied with “Thanx but we will diagnose it properly “ So after 2pm vehicle still not diagnosed I will update review as i am further let down or lied to or further taken advantage of More
Unfortunate I purchased a 2016 CRV EX second hand from this dealership. It was the single largest purchase I have ever made and I made it with the intent to keep I purchased a 2016 CRV EX second hand from this dealership. It was the single largest purchase I have ever made and I made it with the intent to keep the vehicle for decades. Prior to purchase I asked to have the windshield replaced as it was cracked pretty badly. Unbeknown to me the vehicle had a heated windshield. They replaced it with a cheaper regular windshield so now the vehicle does not have that option. Stains were supposed to be removed from the seats both front and rear before pickup but never were. I would have liked to leave the vehicle with them to clean it proper but with the hours I work its just not possible to make repeated visits to the dealership. The most disappointing thing was realizing the vehicle had been in a significant accident probably a roll over. The car fax came up clean however upon close inspection I noticed the entire inside roof liner had water stains front to back. The chrome tie downs in the rear interior were rusted and seized indicating an extended period the interior had been exposed to the elements. The probably occurred while sitting in a compound waiting for repair. When I removed the spare tire I found the containment full of gravel and dirt also indicative of a roll over. I have seen these tell tail signs before as I worked in automobile recycling many years ago and I should have exercised more due diligence. If your going to buy a used vehicle from here pay close attention to details and expect to make multiple visits before the vehicle is ready for pick up. More
Sneaky, underhanded price fixing I was told that i had to pay freight and admin fees on top of the purchase price of my used vehicle. I showed the advertised price and asked why fees are added and the manager says the all-in pricing only applies to new vehicles. I then noticed afterwards that they changed the base price by a tiny amount so that they can add whatever fees they want in order to bypass Alberta all-in pricing laws for advertised price. Btw, the laws apply to BOTH new and used vehicles. More
Bad experience and sloppy work I took my Sierra in for a wheel alignment. Not only did they take an entire day for a job that was supposedly scheduled for 10am that same day, they t I took my Sierra in for a wheel alignment. Not only did they take an entire day for a job that was supposedly scheduled for 10am that same day, they told me that my ball joints were bad and needed replacing. I told them to just do the alignment because I had checked my ball joints and I knew they weren't bad. Then I get the truck back and the steering wheel is off centre. Just real xxxxty work and the truck interior was all dirty when I got it back. I asked the guy who drive the truck to me if my steering was straight, he just said "should be". I'm gonna give my truck to fountain tire or Kal tire for an alignment and I will never get any service done at this location. The service advisors are great and really friendly. The service techs seem to be very sloppy and with their attitude, probably do more damage to your vehicle. Honestly think real hard before taking your vehicle here. More
