Truck buyer responded

Actually micheal. No. You still can’t have my phone number. That is what triggered the Truly unfortunate act of arrogance and bullying by a MANAGER at the fort McMurray dealership. All I asked was a simple question answered by ALL the other dealerships here. Unfortunately you INSISTED that you had to have ALL of my personal information to answer a simple question that I could have had answered on the GM website. All I wanted to know was what were the payments on a truck I was interested in. I told the salesman that if I was interested I would give him all the information that was required if I wanted to buy it. But to ask for my name, email, phone number to tell me what the payments would be on a truck is not acceptable or a “process that doesn’t line up perfectly”. No other dealership HAD TO HAVE THAT INFORMATION. To answer that simple question. But no worries. I bought a truck the next day from Edmonton that was delivered to my house with no issues. And for.the arrogant manager that came strutting out to talk to me like he wanted to intimidate me ( not likely) and told me he was worried about his reputation if he sent my information to wherever he was sending it and said he wasn’t even sure if I WAS A REAL CUSTOMER even though I was sitting right in front of him. Don’t worry. The reputation of you and your dealership is really exactly what everyone I talked to about SUMMIT said it was. Good luck in the future treating customers like I was. I was treated with respect by the dealership I bought a truck from in Edmonton less than 24 hours after I walked out of YOUR dealership. I do feel sorry for the salesman who LOST HIS COMMISSION because of arrogance bullying from his manager.
