Summit Ford

Today at 7:00am I dropped my car at Summit Ford for schedule Service, I am doing this for 8 years. I also requested a shuttle pick up at 2:30pm Ryan Knox was the Service Advisor. He did not text or cal schedule Service, I am doing this for 8 years. I also requested a shuttle pick up at 2:30pm Ryan Knox was the Service Advisor. He did not text or call me all day. (0)communication all day. I called him at 2pm to see if my car was ready and to confirm pick up. he said my car was ready, nd my pick up was schedule on the board, at 3:10pm or 40 minutes later waiting for the unknown I had to find my own ride to the dealership. This is the worse service I experienced in this Dealership in the last 8 years. Never been left out with (0) communication. I did tell Ryan Knox that I was going to leave the feedback he deserved. More

Michael was very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable in dealing with my service request. Two visits: first was for a routine oil change and general inspection of all important functions; second visit was dealing with my service request.
