I would give him a (-36) . Last year I had my engine on my F150 blown and he wouldn't take the car on a Saturday and also he refused to give me a rental. (I have a full tricare warranty which covers it) So I went to get a rental on my own. When I said I was going to tell him how o feel on a review, only then, Michael gave me a voucher to cover the rental car. However one bad apple shouldn't ruin how professional the rest of the Ford team is. This year, when I swap my winter tires, which I keep in the tire hotel the same guy Michael gave me a lip service when they forgot to calibrate the LH Front tire sensor the day before. I had to go back the next day and Michael had me waiting just to compensate for their mistake. Another lady had to come out and called a technician to calibrate the tire sensor which took only 20 seconds. The Manager of this Ford Dealership needs to train Michael to deal with customers. In the end he is the one representing Ford. More

He helped me to find and buy the car which I always wished to have. He is friendly, helpful, and completely professional in his job and take care of everything even after the sale. Summit has an excellent management team. The manager, Joe Jadek, has a respectful personality and spent lots of time to explain everything about my new car. I was communicating with Brett Vickers who was more than helpful, all emails and communications with him were informative and quick. Brett did everything he could to make my experience enjoyable. He took the time to sit with me and explained everything I wanted to know, answered all my (many) questions even after we already completed the purchase. The price was adjusted several times by my request to compete with offers from other dealers. Eventually I received an offer which other dealers were not able to compete with. I can definitely say that my experience at Ford Summit was one of the best shopping experiences I had and I will definitely recommend this dealer to others. thought I bought a car I tried to buy a used car from this dealership. Stayed late to get to a deal that I thought was good for both sides. I was told the day manager would I tried to buy a used car from this dealership. Stayed late to get to a deal that I thought was good for both sides. I was told the day manager would have to approve and I would get a call the next morning. Tried to connect with the associate the next day and kept getting, "call you right back". Our next conversation was him telling me he just sold the car to someone else. I was strung along for a day while he worked another buyer to eek out a few more bucks for his dealership. I suppose that's his job, but he did it, in my opinion, unethically . More
