brought my car( 2013 focus, a lemon) in for a transmission repair to be done under warranty , they "fixed" it but kept the car almost over 2. and one half weeks or until the 2 year warranty expi transmission repair to be done under warranty , they "fixed" it but kept the car almost over 2. and one half weeks or until the 2 year warranty expired. Two days after the car was released, the same problem occurred again , but this time i was going to be charged for the repairs( regardless if the mechanics did a proper job in diagnosing and repairing the transmission in the first place) because by now the 2 year warranty had expired. That transmission was repaired 2 years ago and although i was assured by the service advisor that the repair would be done under ford extended warranty (his mistake) i was charged $ 3000 later reduced to $ 2000 with 2 years warranty, I was charged an extra $ 340 for a starter that never ever failed on me and i never signed for. At that time the used car manager offered to buy the car from me as a favor for $ 1500. What a joke, what a con job and nowhere to complain More
