Summit Ford has been my dealership of choice since 2001. Service and sales staff are knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. It is hard for any service industry to have a record like that but Summit Ford does, in my humble opinion. Even now during these unprecedented times, Summit Ford goes out of their way to ensure the safety of both customers and staff. I miss having Sal Spada as my service advisor but I have great hopes for the staff who are providing me with service now. I am also very impressed with Anna the receptionist. Every time I have had occasion to call, she is charming, pleasant and accommodating. The senior staff at Summit Ford have every reason to be proud of the staff.
