Visited dealership twice for service and repairs to fog light switch and parking brake light. (Second visit was necessary because replacement part was not in Ford inventory.) Chris (service advisor) was very helpful and found replacement part for a 2008 Taurus X in a scrap yard which Ford no longer has in inventory. The 3 shuttle drivers were very professional and Lou is always ready for a good conversation during the shuttle ride. More
