I was shopping on line for a particular used vehicle, I spotted one of interest at Ponoka Chrysler and sent a message to see if the vehicle was available for a test drive. We took the vehicle for a test drive and he went over the mechanical history, and he went as far as getting me the information from the VIN. He kept in touch with me throughout the course of my hunt, until I bought. He assured me I would be looked after far after I purchased. I then had the pleasure of meeting Mary Jane, who again was very thorough, genuine, friendly and honest. This went on for three hours, and when I asked for the interest on the 2013 models for four years, the dealer passed me his calculator. I just got up discustedly and left. Called Doug and asked him to help me find a vehicle with a v-8 engine. Within and hour I had test driven and signed all the paper work and was on my way, a new proud owner of the Dodge Durango. There service was outstanding. I had no way to get the Durango home, and they delivered it to me. Mark took the time to show me how all the functions in the Durango worked, and then I was on my way. My only complaint is that we were told the vehicle would be ready on a certain date and when that date came around, we were left in the dark as to if we would be getting to take it home that day or not.
