We did our shopping around and appreciated that this dealer was not another one of those high pressure dealers that we experienced at some other places. would go back i have known Eldon for quite some time and when I wrecked the boyfriend's truck, about two months ago Eldon was one of the first person we called to i have known Eldon for quite some time and when I wrecked the boyfriend's truck, about two months ago Eldon was one of the first person we called to help us find another replacement truck. during those two months, we dealt with some other pushy sales people whom all they wanted was our financial information before they would even consider helping us but Eldon was different. he would call us with an update but was never pushy.. He would call to say that he was still looking for us. when he finally found a truck that he thought we would like , he called us and told us he had one. we went to ponoka to test drive., he showed us the truck, gave us a bit of history on it and gave us the keys to test drive. when we returned, he asked us about it. nothing was mentioned about finances until we went into the office to buy it. our overall experience with Eldon and ponoka dodge was a pleasant experience. no stress, no hassel and not pushy. I would recommend anyone give ponoka dodge and Eldon a try. if you have had bad experiences in the past then to give them a try. More
