Five Star Experience - A pleasure to deal with I have just taken delivery of a new Ram 1500. After experiencing less than desirable treatment from another dealership, I recalled stopping in at Pono I have just taken delivery of a new Ram 1500. Man, what a difference! These guys have it nailed - no BS, no games, nothing "hidden", just a very competitive price and presented in friendly "small town" manner. A really great, no pressure salesman (Les), a super friendly, no games finance person (Karrie) a very thorough Parts guy that really knows how to deck out a truck!, (John) and a manager (Doug) who made sure I understood every aspect & feature of what I was ordering - every person I dealt with made me feel like a truly valued customer. Our cool new car My 2001 Monte Carlo is beginning to show its age & I wanted to replace it with something comperable. Checking around at new cars I became rather frustrated, specifically with the discomfort I was experiencing with all of the car's headrests, I was totally unable to find a comfortable fit. Eventually we made our way to Ponoka Chrysler where we met Mark Sieben who asked us a few questions and pointed us toward 2 cars. We took both for a short drive and chose the Chrysler 300S, based on its size, price and its comfortable headrest. Mark was knowledgable about his products, patiently answering our many questions. The other staff members we met during our time spent at the dealership were super friendly, making the entire process of selecting, negotiating and taking delivery of our new car a most wonderful experience. Ponoka Dodge Truck Purchase I have been looking for a new truck for the past 4 months ..going over all reviews until finally deciding on a new Dodge 1 ton (trailer hauling). I ha I have been looking for a new truck for the past 4 months ..going over all reviews until finally deciding on a new Dodge 1 ton (trailer hauling). I have dealt with Mark..Doug & Roger.. in previous years & my wife having bought 2 vehs previously from Roger & Mark. Mark was searching for me.. until he located the 1 that met my requirements in Southern Alberta. Mark also advised me about the new Dodge purchase plan (big dollar savings & rebate on the 2014 model), which greatly influenced me in purchasing a 2014 model..vs the 2012 model that I was looking at. Roger & Mark were able to go pick it up & return it to the Ponoka dealer ..saving me the transportation costs. Karrie.. in purchasing was great to deal with ..going over the various warranty programs until finally finding 1 that was suitable for my driving style. John..in Parts was able to get in the various add-ons that I wanted & have them installed very quickly (bumper..driving lights..tonneau cover. air-bags).. at a greatly reduced price. By the time I was done..I was $20,000 dollars lower then the original sticker price. not bad . When I was leaving.. Doug met me..wanting to know if I was satisfied with his dealership & if there was anything else the he or the dealership could do for me ..now that is service. I have spent 30 years moving around Alberta (RCMP) and would highly recommend this dealership & personnel to anyone looking for a new or used veh. More
