Unfortunately their price didn't meet our budget. 45 min later Eldon called back stating they dropped price to meet our budget (no BS just plain, simply and appreciated). We ended up purchasing a 2012 Durange Citadel from them. Eldon stated over the phone is was everything we wanted - what he didn't state was that it was everything and more! Excellent shape, amazing warranty plan and amazing service with the dealership! Karrie in finance went above and beyond her duty to get us a low finance rate and all their time and work is VERY much appreciated and has not gone unnoticed. Excellent Service by Caring Persons driving to a wedding in st paul, alberta, from vernon,bc, we encountered a engine warning light just outside of Ponoka, Alberta.....we drove into Pono driving to a wedding in st paul, alberta, from vernon,bc, we encountered a engine warning light just outside of Ponoka, Alberta.....we drove into Ponoka Chrysler Jeep Dodge....friday afternoon, miles to go and we were told that an fuel injector had failed...Panic...needing to get to our grandsons wedding.... Explaining our situation to Doug Brown, the GM, he immediately drove us to a great local restaurant, then proceeded to drive an additional 40 minutes to pick up the only fuel injector available in the area. Staff were immediately on the job and in less than 3 hours we were on our way.....this type of service is not very common, and we are very pleased with Doug Brown and staff for their care and concern for a couple of travelers from out of province.....thanks to all at Ponoka Chrysler Jeep..... Highway breakdown service Saturday highway breakdown, limped vehicle to the dealership, immediately hooked up to computer analysis. Cleared codes but immediately came back whe Saturday highway breakdown, limped vehicle to the dealership, immediately hooked up to computer analysis. Cleared codes but immediately came back when tested again. Had to leave vehicle 2 hours from home. Gave us a courtesy vehicle and we were on our way again to our further destination. Returned home the next day. Repaired vehicle in two days and given thorough inspection report of other required service with no pressure to have it done there. So much more convenient in our own city, of course. Returned courtesy vehicle and picked up our repaired vehicle as promised in two work days. Extremely pleased and the service personnel were more than accommodating. Would always use them for service if closer to home!! More
