How far would you travel to get THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE? I traveled 10 hours round trip for the best customer service possible. Eldon is by far the best I have ever dealt with in the business. Eldon is willing to work with you on every level, need something added? (rim's, automatic start, winter tires) no problem, he will find some for you and get it installed. Going to be late? No problem he will be there waiting for you. I love that they are absolutely no pressure in their sales and they are willing to work for your trade-in. I talked to around 10-15 other dealerships and none of them had this kind of attitude. So was it worth traveling that far? I walked in and walked out on Saturday afternoon within 10 minutes and couldn't have been happier. Eldon is the man to see! More

Best Sales Team Few weeks ago I purchased a new jeep Cherokee from this dealership. I was going through some stuff at the time but from the start I was treated like family and I couldn't be more happier and comfortable with the whole process. Eldon was my sales guy and it a relief that he upfront about everything, there was no xxxxxxxx. He found the car I was looking for within a few minutes, priced it out in front of me and met the specifications I was looking for. I was handed off to Kerrie, in finance, and she was more then helpful in getting my understanding of the whole process, what I was paying for and making sure that I made my budget still. The day of picking up my car, I couldn't be more appreciative of Eldon and Sean pointing out that there was a scratch on my rearend, something I would have never seen. They already had my parts on order but I was able to get my jeep that day and come in for a later appt!:) One thing that I really specific about was having black rims with a white car. Eldon and Sean were really good about meeting these demands, they found some gun powder metal rims, that are really nice, but just not my style. I did agree to them, though I just had in mind a little darker! Later in the evening of picking up my car, I called them back and told them I wasn't 100% satisfied and there was no hesitation from to change them to something I was happy with! I would recommend purchasing your next vehicle with this dealership! They are by far the BEST all around team I've bought from. I'm more then satisfied with my jeep Cherokee limited, and will be buying there when the time comes again!:) More
