Tried to support locally, I will not be back! I have tried several times for them to earn my business and each time they have failed. Quotes are never accurate and always end with me paying more. I have tried several times for them to earn my business and each time they have failed. Quotes are never accurate and always end with me paying more. Diagnosis seem to always be guess work and are never free. Quotes on their guessing are twice as much as other places. Don't know how many service managers they need to go through before they realize that they obviously have deeper problems. I will not go back there even for warranty or recalls, not worth the headache! More

I was sold, a used Jeep (2011,Patriot) whose engine Everett was instrumental in rescuing a bad deal from Courtesy Chrysler in Calgary to a good deal. I was sold, a used Jeep (2011,Patriot) whose engine was burning oil (from Courtesy Chrysler) and I decided to trade the unit in as the company would not help out in an appropriate manner( return phone calls, rebate or fix). Everett and his management rescued the situation: took the vehicle in on trade and I then I bought a new Jeep Compass in order to resolve the issue.
