NEVER go to this dealership....CROOKS/LIARS Visited this dealership with a car 6 day old. Windshield washer would not spray. Steve was certainly not the most polite and did not like being questioned about the service. We were LIED to and not treated respectfully after spending more than $40,000 on a vehicle. BUYER BEWARE! Even the service manager refused to support the warranty! Again...BUYER BEWARE! More

Even when lightning caused a massive power outage in Sudbury and my vehicle was up on a lift, I received continuous updates as the mechanic worked in dim emergency lighting to get me driving again. It was pouring as I left and the service guy came out with me holding an umbrella. Thanks guys!! More
Too long to get parts. Takes way too long to get any warranty work done. Always multiple appointments to get anything fixed. Always a week or two just to get the parts. Terrible Called to get a servicing done on my 2011 Santa Fee with 21000 KM on it and other things that I wanted attended to plus a Service campaign CO218 by Hy Called to get a servicing done on my 2011 Santa Fee with 21000 KM on it and other things that I wanted attended to plus a Service campaign CO218 by Hyundai, but what I got instead was a very ignorant and non caring service employee by the name of STEVEN. First spoke to Josh my salesman from when I bought the vehicle as usual a very nice and pleasant exchange. Then I was past on to service. I waited for several minutes then was answered by STEVEN and I booked my service and mentioned the Service campaign by Hyundai CO218 and would like it done, then he said why are you having a problem with the vehicle and I started to explain that it laboured when idle at a stop but I couldn't get finished what I was telling him before him telling me that I probably really didn't need it , to my answer why would I get a letter from Hyundai for nothing! anyway we continued my request when I mentioned that I knew of one more campaign by Hyundai for another issue and please look it up for me as I had misplaced the letter. Well his reply was that we don't do that and I mentioned prior times in the last 4 years I was always treated curiatsly and told no problems well that's not what happened this time!! The call ended by him hanging up on me and me calling Josh back to tell him that he had lost a client and I didn't need this kind of treatment there are to many competing cars in this market for anyone to take this kind of treatment. trying to take advantage of daughter love my Santa Fe have had it for 11yrs,only problems are service from dealership....always trying to"pull the wool "over your eyes......wasn't born ye love my Santa Fe have had it for 11yrs,only problems are service from dealership....always trying to"pull the wool "over your eyes......wasn't born yesterday and caught them every time.now that warranty is over the work will be done else ware.however my daughter bought a new accent and with in 3 months had dealer replace her summer tires for winter and storage........well come spring had reverse done....when she came home I noticed the tires were seriously worn No Way car 6,000 kms.she was oblivious to this.......thank God the tires come with a registration # and even after presenting the # to them we still got a "song an dance" [we were mistaken.......ya right]....in the end the tires were replace with new after much more "song an dance" .....when warranty is over will be going else ware More

Good experience overall I went into dealership with concerns about my car's transmission. They took it for a test drive and said that it would need a new transmission and boo I went into dealership with concerns about my car's transmission. They took it for a test drive and said that it would need a new transmission and booked me in for an appointment. The car was still under warranty and therefore it did not cost me anything. The staff were very friendly and the experience was stress free. I was back on the road in no time at all. Also was given a nice vehicle to drive while mine was being serviced. It was great. I went and picked up my care and have had no problems with it since. Steve was helpful and friendly and gave me a fair price on the few other things that i had asked them to do at the same time. Overall it was a stress free experience, staff was friendly and i would recommend this dealership. More
