Service department I've purchased 2 f150 trucks from this dealer. Both purchase experiences were typical. Not outstanding but satisfied. My complaint lies with the services department entirely. The last 3 service appointments I have made resulted in me waiting all day for a simple service. What is the point of scheduling a 930am vehicle drop off, when the vehicles doesn't even go in until 230pm???!!!! This has happened over and over to me! Dealer says 930am is not your service appointment but rather the drop off time. Common Ford! Time to rethink your procedures. More

My wife and I were so pleased with the whole process we went back on February 7 and bought my wife a 2017 Ford Escape. Again nothing but exceptional service. All the sales staff regardless if they are serving you or nor are all helpful !! Both Matt McClennan and Matt Ross deserve 5 Stars for their service !! We had not had the time or desire to use that credit until recently. Upon calling the dealership, we found that they did not have record of this credit. However the sales manager was easy to deal with on the matter and honoured the credit regardless. Both the sales and service department were great to deal with. Our vehicle was serviced in a short period of time and we were back on the road. We would definitely recommend dealing with suburban motors, whether it is for buying and/or parts and service. When we first arrived on the lot we were met by one of the sales associates, Cole Navarrete. Cole's approach was friendly and casual but still professional. He took the time to ask where we were from, what we were looking for in a vehicle, if we had a particular vehicle in mind and why. Soon we were joined by Cole's colleague, Sean Sterling and the hunt for my car was on. We took two vehicles for a test drive, an MKC and an MKX. Cole and Sean were fabulous. Any questions we had were answered without hesitation. Both gentlemen knew their products, were able to suggest the best options as far as warranty and made it very clear their first priority was our 100% satisfaction in our purchase. I really can't say enough about the service we received from Cole and Sean. They were patient, professional and not once did I feel pressured. 6 months later I am cruising around in my very first brand new car - an MKX and I absolutely LOVE it!. Like many people I know, I go into car dealerships with a fair amount of skepticism, about how genuine the dealers are in their claims to provide good service to their customers. I was pleasantly surprised at the service, the knowledge and a willingness to work through a deal that was fair for both parties. Brandon himself is a great young guy, whose enthusiasm was tempered with an ability to read who I was and what I wanted. I was impressed. Probably the best experience I have had with a car dealership borne mainly by Brandon and his manager who took the time to explain each step as the deal was put together. What probably impressed me the most is how both these young men spent the time on a deal which had limited profit in it for them!! I would deal with them again and I would seek Brandon again to be my salesman. More

Car was full of belongings My 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis developed brake problems on a rainy Sunday in January when I was moving out of my condo. Car was full of belongings and was not safe to drive. I got it to Suburban, left a note for Service Advisor Stephen Freisinger, and hoped for the best as I needed the car for a two-day move. Got a rental car, and the next day Stephen called me, took care of my car, got a part in from Edmonton, and got me back on the road in three days.
