Stay away. This dealer will not honour its products. Horrible experience. Brought the car in for brake rotors at 24K. Rotors are warped and need to be replaced This dealer will not honour its products. Horrible experience. Brought the car in for brake rotors at 24K. Rotors are warped and need to be replaced after 24K. 24K!!! I understand brakes are not covered under warranty, but this dealer would do nothing for me or help in any way. It’s not normal for rotors to warp at 24K and get quoted over 1300.00 for a break job. Pathetic. My sister in law had a new Forrester with window issues. The dealer downplayed the severity or that the issue did not ever exist while under warranty (could not replicate the issue when at dealer) as a result, the window is non functional after the warranty has lapsed. Not sure who the service advisor was whom I dealt with, but his demeanour was defensive and you could immediately tell he had experience arguing with customers as he did with me. This experience is leaving me regretting buying a Subaru and wanting to sell it. 2022 Outback fully loaded with an extended warranty to boot. Incredibly upset by this dealer and Subaru. Hope Barrie Subaru can save the day with a driver side window issue I am having (similar to my sister in laws believe it or not). If not….the car is gone and I will be dragging Subaru’s name through the mud for the rest of my life. More

Purchased my Subaru Impreza Sportec new in 2020. Not impressed at all with this dealership. Their F&I manager is totally useless. I tried for almost a year to buy the extended warranty from them and Not impressed at all with this dealership. Their F&I manager is totally useless. I tried for almost a year to buy the extended warranty from them and gave up. They never call you back ane this is a dealership that wants your business and then forgets about you. I would never recommend this dealership. As far as the vehicle goes the Subaru Impreza sportec for $42,000 is a piece of junk. The vehicle cannot go over the smallest of bumps without bottoming out and scraping the mag wheels. The entertainment system is archaic and I've gone now for almost a month with no radio. I would never buy another Subaru. More to the point I wouldn't purchase any vehicle from Arillia Subaru. Shame on you gor More

Beware of the service department, I was quoted on a major job, told the repair work was essential and becasue of previouse doubts I took my vehicle to another Subaru dealership and a private mechanic both wh job, told the repair work was essential and becasue of previouse doubts I took my vehicle to another Subaru dealership and a private mechanic both who confirmed my suspicions that there was nothing wrong with my car.
