When I went to buy a car, I met John Muise and told him what I was looking for. Within a couple of days, he had the car for me. Guess what, It was PERFECT. Price, Quality, and durable. Terrible customer service. I had made a service appointment by telephone but when I called to confirm there was appointment! The appointment prior to that took 3 hours for a simple oil change (they promised me it would be 45 min) and I was waiting and had appointments. Also, difficult to get through by phone for appointments. More

I experienced terrible customer service after purchasing a new vehicle here. They refused to replace a defective dealer-installed part, and would not honour their word to me about paying a small referral f a new vehicle here. As soon as the deal was done, it was almost impossible to speak to anyone or get calls returned. I was very surprised by this, as this dealership used to have a decent name. I won’t be making that mistake again. More
I had great experiences in the past with service section. However past month or so with new management at servicen have had unpleasant experiences. It is not what it used to be. My husband got a new Subaru WRX from another dealer. When asking other Subaru owners and even other brand car dealers where to take our car they all said ‘Subaru of Orillia’. My husband got rid of his first car he had for 18 years (120k !) and we always knew we’d get another Subaru. I just also got a new Subaru after having my forestor for almost 11 years. Thomas who is part of sales was awesome. So knowledgeable and overall helpful. I didn’t feel like we were at a typical car dealership which quite frankly the 11 years of owning our forestor we had not so great experiences at a few Subaru dealerships. Our friends who run service at Toyota and Honda also said the service team at orillia Subaru is by far better then all the other dealers around. Pleased with our new purchase, the service Thomas gave us and will use this Subaru for service and repairs. Overall highly recommended! More

Review Sharisse, the online sales rep was the best. Very friendly and knowledgeable and she somehow got a Honda guy to switch to subawu.
