Subaru of Mississauga is the best! Just leased my second vehicle from Darryl (Leasing Manager) at Subaru of Mississauga and as with the first deal it was seamless with no run around or Just leased my second vehicle from Darryl (Leasing Manager) at Subaru of Mississauga and as with the first deal it was seamless with no run around or pressure. I now know that I will only be driving Subaru's and only dealing with Subaru of Mississauga and Darryl in particular, although all the staff are great! Given my experience with my first vehicle from Subaru of Mississauga I can also say first hand that the service department is extremely friendly and will go out of their way to help you out. Thanks again Darryl, we are loving our new Ascent! More

The winter is getting harsher every year and we heard that Subaru have a good reputation of AWD vehicles so we give it a try. We love our Outback and can’t wait to test it in winter driving. There is only 1 thing: since Subaru ships car from the US, and the car we want was not one of those in the dealer, i have to wait kind of long compared to buying a Toyota. But I appreciate very much Darryl’s help, he is very friendly and professional. If i buy another Subaru, i will come back to him for sure. Trung More

Christian Devlin is the young gentlemen I dealt with. He was extremely courteous, generous, and helpful. Did not push any additional sales onto me, which I appreciate very much. Alexandra Markowska is the business manager, who helped with the finalizing the process. She was also very helpful in making my decision with any final options such as extended warranty and rust proofing. Again, not pushy. Very open and honest about the decisions made. If you're thinking of Subaru, I highly recommend going here. If you are not considering Subaru, perhaps you might want to. I should also declare that I have no personal affiliation with anyone in this dealership. I am leaving this review on my own accord. More

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER Worst customer service ever, Lack of personal skills or handling any situation. The lady in customer service and appointment scheduler also has below zero knowledge of customer service or how to handle any situation or even try to understand....they just repeat themselves without any willing to do anything even to understand or solve the situation-It was Subaru Recall for just half an hour work as per the recall and they were non helpful at all..Dont go there. poor delivery inspection - owner beware! I recently took delivery of Subaru Crosstrek. There was a scratch on the inside right front door handle which was not visible in the delivery area. W I recently took delivery of Subaru Crosstrek. There was a scratch on the inside right front door handle which was not visible in the delivery area. While I was driving out, I noticed the scratch, since I was leaving for overseas the same day, I did not have time to go back. However, when I took the vehicle back to inform them of the scratch, the first response from the vehicle delivery specialist was, that I have scratched the vehicle. I fixed an appointment with the delivery specialist and the manager. The manager's response was the scratch would cost $150..00 to fix, because it is over 3 months. There was not even the consideration that I have been out of location. It is not the price that matters, but it is the principle of it, when the vehicle was not inspected properly before delivery. It is impossible for a new vehicle owner to notice any and all defects when they take delivery. Also a small plastic snap-in from the vehicle door was also found on the floor of the vehicle. When asked about that, the response was they do not inspect the body panels!? My recommendation is when you take delivery, please make sure that you check and double check. More
