The worst service from Management and staff My company bought back a leased vehicle which was originally under my personal name. I gave clear and written instructions to the sales manager with My company bought back a leased vehicle which was originally under my personal name. I gave clear and written instructions to the sales manager with company name and HST number and a company check to buy out the vehicle. I received the vehicle ownership after 2 weeks, it was supposed to be 2 days, of following up with the sales manager and the lady in fiance department and to my surprise it was under my personal name. I did not receive a bill of sale. I made numerous phone calls to the dealership and was advised this is going to be fixed shortly. After many phone calls and follow ups I was advised by sales manger to go to the ministry and take the article of incorporation for business and they will transfer the ownership to the company name. I was advised by the manger at the ministry that this will trigger a new sales tax because this is considered as a new sale. I was advised by the ministry to go back to Subaru Mississauga ans ask them to fix their errors. I reached out to Subaru Canada and after they heard my grievance, they asked the dealership manger to contact me. to my surprise the manager was not helpful at all and kept defending his staff despite their error. I feel that a simple transaction was made too complicated due to their staff's incompetence and was offered no solution of compromise from their end to rectify the matter. I have dealt with different organization of different size and nature and by far this has been the worst service I have received in my entire life. As of now, after more than a month from the transaction date, I still do not have my bill of sale. Please stay away from this dealership. More
