This is now my dealership! I was met by Christian Devlin who was really knowledgeable about his products. I understand this isn't the norm especially with the current climate on car parts needing months to get in, however I saw how diligent his efforts were to meet my expectations. Within this first meeting I was confident in purchasing a car I only wanted to look into and never felt any kind of pressure, just good salesmanship. There he passed on my paperwork to Alexandra Markowska , the business manager. She was more than a business professional, but honestly one of the most warm and genuine people I've ever met. Truly a delight to get through the arduous papers and processes of a big purchase but made me feel at ease and comfortable with everything we had to get done in order for me to receive my car in the timeline I suggested. In the days leading up to the arrival of my vehicle the Subaru staff remained consistent and communicated where I needed to do something in order to expedite my purchase. When my car arrived I was met with two other staff members that were extremely friendly. Alexandra met me once more to finalize the papers but left me with the experience of an 'open door' friendship any time I am getting my vehicle serviced. Christian was off that day but another salesman took his time and really explained everything about my vehicle that I need to know. The functions, expectations, quick things to know and any questions I had. He gave me a walkthrough on my vehicle and really taught me how my car works. I never felt for a moment like I was consuming too much of his time or that I was asking too many questions. My brother was a Honda service technician for years and his dealership was impressive. Subaru in Mississauga on Mavis has surpassed that experience. I am confident that I will be returning for regular service and maintenance but also any future orders I may have. If you don't go here you are definitely missing out! More

I had taken my car into Subaru Mississauga for an Engine Bay cleaning due to an oil spill. I was attended to by Clifford da Silva, who went out of his way to deliver. I was very pleased with the service that was rendered, and actually watched the process thru the viewing glass. I can testify that Subaru bay attendants (Vladimir, Martina & Andre) were extremely diligent with resolving the issue on hand, and meticulously cleaned the engine as well as the hood and undertray. Clifford also personally checked on the process every now & then, to ensure my car was brought back to its' pristine condition. Kudos to all 4 of them! Marie More

We just bought a used crosstreck from Christian Devlin, he was a great guy, answered all of our questions with expert knowledge and great guy.
