I was on my way to the Nissan dealer to discuss a vehicle upgrade. I was running a bit early so I stopped in at Lethbridge Subaru. I met Joe for the first time. Was very interested it what I was saying and even willing a compare several types of vehicles for me that I could compare with prices. Jared Ford, in finace, was also very willing to work for me and came up with a cheaper deal on the leasing of the car. Was very nice that I have a bigger car and more options on then the last car I had but, at the same monthly payments. Love the all-wheel drive of the Subaru, specially on the snow in the winter. Great for get going from a stop on the snow. Had wanted a all-wheel drive, and liked the car over a SUV, so works on both accounts. At least for sales I would recommend this dealership, have not needed to use the service department yet, so don't know what they are like. More

We came into the market for a vehicle a pretty suddenly, and are from a town that didn't carry anything we were interested in. I started researching online and had been speaking to Jared via email. After about a week, we decided to take the 2 hour trip to Lethbridge to test drive. When we arrived, Jon (Sales) had been informed by Jared (Financing) of our interests, and was quite knowledgeable about models that were suited to us. Being in our mid-twenties, when we visited many dealers, it didn't feel like we were taken very seriously, and were treated like we didn't know anything. Centaur in Calgary even told me he would not quote me a good price on the phone because, "it would just turn into a sale for someone else." We were not made to feel like that at Subaru of Lethbridge. Jon took the time to explain the things that were relevant to the vehicles that we liked, and actually listened to what we wanted in a vehicle. When we explained what we were looking for, Jon found a vehicle on the lot that was made for us. All the features we wanted, none of the ones we didn't, and he didn't try to sell us into those features we didn't want. Jon was very honest when we asked about different things in the car which I really appreciated, and instead of him selling us the car, he let the car sell itself. Jon didn't talk to us about price, and reason for price until we asked. (We found many salesmen told us the price is so high because it has nav, AWD, heated this, heated that, etc.) And when we did speak of price, there were no excuses for the price, because the quality could speak for itself. When we decided to purchase, (at the very end of the day), Jon and Jared worked very quickly to make sure we could get all the insurance and papers that we needed so we would be able to get back home that night with a new vehicle. They encouraged us to stay as long as we needed, and ask any questions we had. After the dealership closed, Jon even took the time to set up our Bluetooth and get us fuel before we left. We have been very impressed with the service at Subaru of Lethbridge, and will definitely make recommendations in their favour. More

I feel like Jon and Subaru care what happens to their customers after the fact. It's not just get them in the door, take their money and then forget who they are. Some of the others dealers at larger centres were extremely pushy and forward (one even tried to black mail me stating, "if I send you my lowest price, I will expect you to purchase from me... non negotiable"). Some of these dealerships thought just because I was a young female they could push me around and pressure me to make a sale. I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted. The folks at Subaru Lethbridge were patient when I needed to make decisions and answered all my questions (so many questions). Since I have purchased my vehicle staff has followed up via email/phone and even waved to me while passing in traffic. Romano and his team at the service department is extremely helpful too. If you want excellent local small town service don't think twice about Subaru Lethbridge... GO! More

I was looking for a car, that would meet my needs. At first I was not interested in a new vechicle, but my thoughts quickly changed.
