Excellent, from beginning to end! We'd already known about the ratings of the Outback and the visit reinforced the strengths but also acknowledged some trade-offs. With a baby on the way, my wife and I decided to purchase another reliable AWD, fuel efficient and safe vehicle. I spent two months reviewing vehicles, and filtered down to Nissan, Subaru and Mazda; having purchased from Nissan a few years back from a Sales person we liked, the Rogue or Juke (wife’s pick) was a good start. However our previous contact, having moved on, was replaced with a Sales rep that must have been recruited from a Dodge dealership insulting humanities evolution. The Mazda fellow tried to convince me that the CX-5 (150 hp @ $25k) would outperform a Murano (255 hp @ $45k), being the first thing he says as I pull up in a …. Murano; don’t insult the customers current vehicle. So off to Subaru we go; the Impreza was my top pick anyway, just had to justify outing the competitors. Out walks Jon, laid back and courteous, answering all questions and conversing as if we had been old school buddies. He first inquired about our specific life style and future needs then discussed each possible pros/cons of the 2012 Subaru models. Not once did he give us false information or push the most profitable sale option. Soon we were test driving a black Impreza Sport, which was the car we eventually purchased. A few weeks went by as Jon set up the best deal he could balance out, deciding on care packages, added accents, and window tinting. My wife and I are agreed it’s time to go pick up the car. Adventure time, so the day we are preparing to make our Lethbridge trip (dwelling in the Crowsnest Pass) to sign the Subaru documents, my wife decides this is the best time for labour! Long story short, the Pass hospital failed to have the required resources, (staff decided to take weekend off) we were ambulanced to the Lethbridge Regional Hospital where Jon met us 2 days later with a baby gift and a….drum roll… brand new car! He had all the prep work done possible knowing the wife’s limited condition and patiently took us through the process then spent another half hour with me securing the babies seat base and walking me through the vehicles features. I will now know how old my girl is by the car’s Birthday; my wife perceives it the other way around?. Since then Jon has helped me with winter tires, wrote us a pleasant Christmas card, and had a great visit during our first oil change. I hope he keeps to his humble roots immune to discontent customer’s and best luck to his career. Being loyal to the dealership who deserves it, the Outback (through Jon) will 90% be our next purchase to replace the Nissan. Service department is great too. Simon More
I came into Lethbridge Subaru looking at 2 2010 wrx's they had on their website, I was greeted by Jon ford who was very friendly and outgoing and even offered me coffee , after chatting I test drove one they had on their website, I was greeted by Jon ford who was very friendly and outgoing and even offered me coffee , after chatting I test drove one of the wrx's and was impressed but liked the idea of one with less Kms I mentioned I'd be back Monday and upon calling to make sure Jon was free found out one of the cars with less Kms sold on the weekend, but Jon offered me a great deal on the one they had left and brought his manager luke in to help with pricing, great team to deal with over at Subaru Lethbridge and needless to save I love my WRX :D Thanks again Jon and luke Dakota More

Made it very easy to buy the car, never pressured me into anything I didn't need or want and gave me regular updates on the status of my order. Jared was excellent to deal with when doing the financing and had no problem answering my questions. Romano is great to deal with for any servicing needed and I am always able to get in for whatever I need even on short notice. More
I had the pleasure of dealing with Jon Ford when I came to Subaru Lethbridge hunting for a new vehicle to replace my aging Subaru Fforester. I appreciated Jon's courtesy and his lack of pressure as well as the quiet friendliness of the other staff. I researched prices and inventory at other Subaru dealers in the provence but chose to purchase my new vehicle from Subaru Lethbridge even though I received a slightly lower quote from a larger higher pressured dealership further north. My experience had been so positive with this small Lethbridge dealership ...first with my old Subaru and then with my search for a new one...that I decided to give them my business. On a Saturday afternoon I emailed them inquiring about a 2013 Forester that was listed on their website. Jared promptly responded, said it was still available and a test drive was planned for the following Monday - which happened to be New Year's Eve. Jared and Matt were there to greet me and the Forester was parked in front of the dealership. Was impressed with that as I am sure they get numerous spammers emailing the dealership. After a short time in the Forester I knew that I was going to buy it. Only questions to be answered was about financing, some accessories I wanted and the trade in value of my car. Joe and I "haggled" for about 20 seconds on the value of my car and I was able to trade it in for some accessories. The following Saturday I drove to Lethbridge and picked up the new Forester. What an awesome experience. My dealings with Subaru of Lethbridge was everything that you do not expect from a dealer. Courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about the product. Never once did I feel I was being upsold - and I wasn't. I had my vehicle parameters laid out, they knew it and simply wanted to sell me MY vehicle. They did. They even went so far as to change out the all season tires for some good winter tires. Only grief was with Subaru Canada's website which delayed the approval on the financing. I picked up the Forester on a Saturday and during the pre sale inspection, Matt noted some of the DuraShield (3M clear protectant) was coming loose. He advised that next time in Lethbridge they would take care of it. I happened to be back in Lethbridge for some meetings a few days later and true to their word, the DuraShield repair was completed - including another one that I discovered. Matt has also been helping me with some follow up items by passing on details of some other accessories that I was looking for. Now if they can only find me some alloys for the summer!! Great experience and highly recommended Subaru of Lethbridge!! Outstanding small town service not seen from them big city dealers. More
