The right car from a great dealership When I changed to a new job with a substantial commute, I decided to trade the SUV for an all wheel drive. The Impreza looked great, and a friend sugg When I changed to a new job with a substantial commute, I decided to trade the SUV for an all wheel drive. The Impreza looked great, and a friend suggested Jared at the dealership. Although Jared is in finance, Joe and Travis took fantastic care of me. I liked how they answered my questions, but I really appreciated that they asked a few questions, as I was debating between a couple of models (XV and Impreza). They helped me into the right car. I never felt pressured, and I received value for my trade. I will make Lethbridge Subaru my first choice in the future. More
Great dealer, great parts department I bought my new outback about 2 months ago from Lethbridge, it was worth the drive down from Calgary, they were able to arrange to come pick me up to I bought my new outback about 2 months ago from Lethbridge, it was worth the drive down from Calgary, they were able to arrange to come pick me up to purchase the new car which definitely made it easy after selling the old outback. Travis and the guys in the parts/service department were able to help me with the add-on's I wanted on the car, and all worked out in the end. I would suggest to any one getting an Subaru to call the guys down south before committing some where else! More
Love our Outback .. After my son's experience with his first "outback", he said that it was the best vehicle out there. My wife and I had been working and living in .. My wife and I had been working and living in Jamaica, [not driving.. they drive on the wrong side of the road.......crazy].. I said when return to Canada we would consider a Subaru.. My son Jordan gave me the sales manager's email and I started to ask questions.. There were specific things I wanted, and "Joe" was so good and returned my emails and getting answers. We did test drives of both the Forester, and Outback.. We chose the Forseter [Turbo] and loved it] when our lease was near end, we started to look.... Prior to the Subaru, my wife and I AND FAMILY , had purchased or leased 18 Chrysler vehicles.. We checked on GMC, Chrysler, and Subaru... I am of the firm belief the that when a person buys a vehicle, one also just about have to join the dealership.. Do they care, are they friendly, do they answer your questions, .... To these question we must give a resounding YES.. YES..YES.. I certainly can see why this dealership has earned the distinction award We just purchased our 2nd Subaru, [Outback our son has his 2nd Subaru, the car of the year] and could not be more pleased.. This vehicle we chose the options a 6 rather than the 4 with turbo.. the larger seats, nav system and eye sight . and went with our Outback.. Our sales person [Travis]. was so helpful in showing how to do so many things.. My joke with the dealership, is I have to go to Subaru University... and I am looking forward to graduation day. I am still learning "NEW" things.. Travis just wrote and indicated his willingness to help and answer any question.. I have received thank you 's for purchased vehicles but never a letter and written offers to help.. that says it all.. a quality vehicle and first class dealership.. regards Gordon More

A good car buying experience I contacted Lethbridge Subaru through their website. I had been looking for a particular model and found a candidate in their inventory. I used the pop-up dialogue feature to make first contact. Response was immediate and resulted in all of the information that I required to make my buying decision and pursue the deal by phone & email. When I travelled to Lethbridge to close the deal and pick up the vehicle I was made to feel welcome and found that the vehicle was ready. While I was offered additional service, such as extended warranty I felt no pressure. I was introduced to many of the dealership staff as well as the owner with the result that my perception was that a relationship had been created. All in all I appreciate every aspect of my Subaru of Lethbridge experience and would consider returning to them for future needs. More
No pressure sales In 2015 we were in the market for a new Subaru: this would be our fourth Subaru. We came to a satisfactory agreement on a 2015 year end deal, but the new 2016's would be available in just a few months at no significant increase in price. We really appreciated the fact that Travis and Joe concurred with the thought that waiting would get us a year newer vehicle with whatever improvements the new model would bring. We were notified when the new models were in stock, but not badgered into coming in for a look. We came in when we were ready and were completely happy with the sale.
