Got a fantastic deal on a pre-owned Outback. Kirk worked with me for hours helping me make the final decision that was right for my family. We found him to be condescending and rude when we did not offer him praise and validation for his efforts to get us into whatever car he decided was going to be right for us. He was also patronizing when negotiating financing. Our interactions with Kirk have left a very sour taste in our mouths and we will be looking to purchase our next, and perhaps even service our current, Subaru at a different dealership. More

I have to admit we were not looking to buy, just to test drive. Kyle Gyger was the salesperson we dealt with when we arrive. I asked if we could drive 3 different style Subaru’s the following morning. Kyle arranged for it to happened and it was ready for us the next day. After driving all three we had been very impressed with the Outback and Ascent. Klye gave us all the information for all the cars...no pressure...just wanted to make sure we were properly informed. To make a long story short...we decided...not only because we loved the ride of the cars...but more importantly was the follow up...no pressure attitude of Kyle. His service to us since the purchase has been the best I have ever received from a salesperson in any type of purchase. If you want a great salesperson, management and service team...this is the place to buy a car. It made Toyota, Volvo and Lexus look average. Like I said we looked at all three and we even had two other purchases at Toyota in Medicine Hat...and were not even treated close to how the Subaru family treated us. Hats off to Joe Kadezabek(General Manager) on having a great staff. One other follow up we had was with Dave Tamura in Finance. So very helpful and patient with us in every way for extra warranty and other items for the car. It is a great team of folks at Subaru Lethbridge. More

We purchased preowned. I was able to take unaccompanied test drives, call frequently as questions arose and was not pressured to buy more than we could afford nor even to buy a Subaru. After purchase when we discovered our Hyundai vehicle had no block heater, the sales manager apologized and installed one at no cost to us. They even sourced a Hyundai part! More

You have to work hard to spend your money here! I tried to book an appointment to get some maintenance done on my Subaru Outback. First, the person who answered the phone seemed surprised when I as I tried to book an appointment to get some maintenance done on my Subaru Outback. First, the person who answered the phone seemed surprised when I asked for the service department. She didn't transfer my call and the interrogation started. I was asked if I had a car in for service. No, I'm trying to make an appointment. She sounded very surprised, and then she transferred my call, which went to voicemail. It took 2 hours to get my call returned. The lady who returned my call first asked what I wanted done, and when I said brakes and a transmission service, she asked if I had already been quoted on the job. I said no and she sounded surprised. Then she asked if it was part of a service package. No. So why did I want to get my brakes done and my transmission serviced? Seriously. I had to explain why I wanted to have routine maintenance done.....She grudgingly said they could take me in three weeks time, and had I been there before? No. Oh we have to start a file. What's your VIN? I don't have it on me, and my car is parked a 15 minute walk away. Well we can't make an appointment until you give us your VIN. We don't want to waste time looking it up when you arrive at the dealership. At this point I just gave up...I had a great experience at Centaur Subaru in Calgary so I'll arrange to get the service done next time I'm in Calgary. More
