I walked into this dealership Subaru of Calgary with the attention of buying slightly used Subaru Outback, entered the front door and looked around for receptionist or someone to get to the right department, walked around for 20 minutes with no attention what so ever from anyone still no sign of any receptionist, finally found one person sitting in his office doing absolutely nothing asked him if someone can help me in the used car department he replied very rudely that no one has time to help me I was very surprised by his answer guess who this person was? used car sales manager Rahat Chawdhry himself, walked right out of this dealership and went to Centaur Subaru their sales staff took care of me right away bought 2014 outback on the spot, had couple of issue with the car but their service department took care of it right away. I would not recommend Subaru of Calgary to anyone. More

Any women avoid this place. As a female I went in to purchase a new vehicle. I was pressurized into signing a sales agreement being told they would not give me any idea of delive As a female I went in to purchase a new vehicle. I was pressurized into signing a sales agreement being told they would not give me any idea of delivery date or vehicle availability without a $500 deposit. Dealing with the sales stuff they intimidated and bullied me into putting pen on paper without pointing out any of the terms (which were hidden on the reverse of the paperwork). These terms were not pointed out or shown or read through or explained. Once it became clear they were not going to be able to meet the delivery date they refused to return deposit stating they could deliver it and it would take me 30 seconds to arrange insurance and collect vehicle. Like I am at their beck and call surely they are meant to provide the service to you not the other way round. They even asked for me to send the agreement to them so they could read it presumely they lost ours then were belligerent over the delivery date stating that's just the way they print it off on the form it was their error not mine. I could go on but I encourage any women to avoid this place. More

Horrible. Rahat is useless. Bought a used car from this dealership. Would never recommend you buy here. You never hear back from them, even when they guarentee you will. Then they start doing shady things like avoiding calls, or the manager Rahat intercepts phone calls and tells his employees not to talk to you. When you do finally speak with Rahat in person he is rude, aggressive and a liar. The only good thing I have to say is that the car we bought is nice, but the hassle it took was not worth it. More

Terry went out of his way to accommodate us by looking into the logs of incoming cars, finding us a car that fit our wishes and putting that car aside for us at one of the busiest times of the year. Best of all, the whole team was no-nonsense-- they got straight to business, which made the often long and frustrating experience of buying a car, quick and easy. I would definitely recommend going to Subaru Calgary when you're next in the market for a car. More
