Jeff actually used my preferred method of contact (email as I live upNorth in Cold Lake) and was very open and quick to respond to my questions and pricing negotiation. We came to an agreement via email/phone on a full out the door price including all fees/taxes on a new Legacy 3.6R limted w/ eyesight. Financing: Going into the dealership was a very smooth experience, all the paperwork had been looked over prior via email making it very easy to review and due the final signing process. There was no pressure on extras for insurance, extra warranty etc just information given. Having family with me that had just gone through the buying process several times said it was by far the easiest and most worry free experience at a dealer they had. The Pick-Up & Leave My new vehicle was otuside and waiting when I got there fully detailed ready to go. Jeff did a good runthrough of all the features making sure I understood their function prior to my departure. Finally the manager came out and personally thanked me for the business and was very respectful. Overall Great hassle free dealership that is open to negotiating prices and provides a no pressure friendly atmosphere during the entire purchase process. As a matter of fact they all seem so busy I had time to look around before I was approached by one of their sales staff. He didn't seem like your typical car salesman and took the time to ask questions and pinpointed what was most important to me. We decided the Impreza was the right car for me. After test driving the car we sat down and went over the numbers. I told him I wasn't yet ready to make a deal but would be after consulting with my husband and would be ready within a month. Since then he did followup and I have now decided to make an appointment to finalize the deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an all wheel drive car or SUV.
