Munir was excellent to work with, very timely with his responses (we did a lot of communication over phone and email), extremely friendly and he was able to beat his fellow Subaru competitors on price by getting my purchase down to where I needed it to be. I also REALLY appreciated Munir's 'no pressure' approach to sales. Having gone to several other dealerships to try test drive a variety of other vehicles before deciding on my purchase, Munir was one of the few salesmen who didn't try cheesy sales tactics, he wasn't pushy and throughout the process made me feel that if I were to walk away from the deal at any point he would have no hard feelings.
