Humble and kind, he was the one who came forward and offered to help when I walked in on a Tuesday night (despite my young age and student-like attire). He was very honest in helping me with my vehicle selection. He did not push me for a higher-grade model but listened to what I truly wanted and valued my priorities. He was very straight-forward & up-front with me in negotiating the price (no beating around the bush) and simply asked what I was looking for. Then he did his best to accommodate me to reach a consensus. He offered me an awesome price that I was very satisfied with, such that we secured the deal on the night of. When I went to pick up my new vehicle, he once again demonstrated the utmost respect & patience for his customers. He explained everything and answered all of our questions until we were completely satisfied with our purchase. When we thanked him for being so patient, he said "I want you to leave smiling." Since I was arriving from Ontario and needed a car upon arrival, we were able to take care of many details via email and when I arrived he spend the entire afternoon finalizing everything so that we could leave with the car that day. Munir even drove us to the registration office so that we could get an Alberta registration number!
