Good Experience During their Black Friday sale we were contacted by Daryn and Rajul. We had a 2012 WRX and were able to trade it in for a 2016 WRX. The entire transaction was fairly smooth and painless. Even though we ran into some confusion over transferring our BBS rims and remote car starter, the guys did what they could to keep us satisfied and we're happy with the service everyone involved provided. We have no problems recommending the dealership as well as Rajul. Customer service is more than a sale, it involves listening and honesty and Rajul provided excellent service. And the car? Solid! Excellent service I wrote a email to Subaru requesting to test drive the 2016 Crosstrek and Daryn Cobb replied and recommended Wesley Venn to be my sales rep. The next day he called to meet him in person at the deaalership. The minute I met him I was very impressed and i felt very comfortable the way he presented himself. He understands my needs and he made sure I get a good deal. Then I made an offer and he took me to his sale manager Ken Woo who is extremely friendly and full of humour.
