Worst After Sales Service, terrible overall dealership. I was lied to when they sold the vehicle to me, and it only went downhill from there. Salesman promised me 4 new Winter tires with the vehicle, I got I was lied to when they sold the vehicle to me, and it only went downhill from there. Salesman promised me 4 new Winter tires with the vehicle, I got 4 used and almost worn out tires. Then they said they never promised new tires (That was the main negotiation instead of price). After that, it went downhill. Some parts apparently are not covered on the extended warranty I purchased, even though the warranty is apparently "Bumper to Bumper". My engine died and they took almost a month to change it, when they did, they changed it to a 6 cyl instead of a 4, and now it leaks oil. They are claiming they are not responsible for anything but the engine (timing, other lubrication, yet the engine THEY installed is only 45 days old. Plus they replaced my engine with a used one. My extended warranty includes a loaner vehicle, but apparently they don't have any. Also, telling me that I'm not covered for a rental even tough on my service agreement I am. Exact words "We won't do anything for you if it costs us money out of pocket". Didn't I pay for the extended warranty? Now they tell me I have to pay over $500 for a new timing system, an extra $50 for an inspection and maybe more depending on other things they find, they are also telling me that I may not have a vehicle for weeks. Unbelievable. More

I came in without an appointment, he looked at my car with me, explained what may or may not be a potential problem, and while he could not see any issues there and then, he scheduled me in for a full diagnostic with no hesitation. Most other dealers would have sent me home saying, don't worry about it, everything is fine. Very impressed. More
Worst place for customer service We got 1car from them. They where very good wen buying the car but since that we are facing a multitude of problem. Cost us 400$ of breaks and drum... but wen i go there it’s a other story. This place sucks and 1 star is to much... once i sell this Subaru we will be getting a other one but from Subaru Ottawa... xxxx you!!!! More

Stephan walked us through the features of the vehicle which was available inside the showroom - pleasant atmosphere compared to the dreary weather outside. Mr. Casselman was the perfect salesman for us no nonsense, straightforward information and easy to understand the options available to us. Very positive experience in purchasing our new car and highly recommend him to anyone thinking of buying a Subaru product. The staff were all pleasant courteous and helpful. Dishonest and patronizing salesperson; lied about car damage I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I wanted to buy a 2015 Subaru Impreza that was listed on their website so I made an appointment to go I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I wanted to buy a 2015 Subaru Impreza that was listed on their website so I made an appointment to go for a test drive. I asked for the CarProof report which I never received. The salesperson asked for a "reservation" fee of $500 before I even saw the car. I refused, and once we (my SO & I) arrived at the dealership, we went for a test drive. Once we returned, the salesperson informed us that the car had been in a "minor incident" where the front bumper was damaged and that the total cost of repairs was about $1000. Okay, so far, things are going okay and we really like the car. Once we sat down to actually look at the CarProof report and discuss the price of the car, the salesperson read out the contents of the report without letting us look at it. The cost of the repairs was now $1500. Okay, so he misremembered the total cost of repairs, not a big deal, I guess? The price of the car was higher than average for that model year, so we tried to start negotiations. The salesman seemed to get really annoyed when I tried to negotiate on the price of the car. His exact words to me were: "You knew the price of the car before you came here, what were you expecting?" I replied with, "Yes, I did know the cost but people normally negotiate on the price when buying a used car." Especially one that was in an accident. He replied with "How many used cars have you bought in your life?" I didn't see the relevance of the question and he repeated himself, in a very condescending tone. Was he trying to intimidate me? I'm not sure. I promptly informed him that we would not be doing business with him and thanked him for his time. I looked up the CarProof report for that exact car on Subaru Canada's website and the car had been in an accident and the total cost of repairs was $2815. He outright lied to us while reading the CarProof report in his hands. The report also seemed to indicate that the car had not been serviced in 2 years and that it was from Montreal. Bizarre. I feel sorry for anyone who purchases a car from this dealership and this salesman in particular. They are dishonest and will say anything to get you to agree to hand over your money. Stay away. More

Je devais les suivre pour avoir des informations. Il s'En foutait de moi. Ils m'ont pris 3 semaines de mon temps pour une location de voiture et je me demande bien s'ils n'ont vendu la voiture car tout ce qu'ils ont fait n'a pas de sens. C'est peut être même plus profond que ca mais je m'assurer que toutes mes connaissances ne deal jamais avec ce concessionnaire et que tout le monde sache ce qu'ils font. More
