My son bought a used crosstrek with the extra warranty from this dealer at a exhorbitant cost. They claimed it had just a fender bender and showed there was no claim for repairs. The car was in and out of from this dealer at a exhorbitant cost. They claimed it had just a fender bender and showed there was no claim for repairs. The car was in and out of service non stop and now that he went to sell the car it was discovered by the buyer that the car has $10,000 worth of frame damage that they did not disclose. NO WAY a subaru dealer didnt see that amount of frame damage. Buyer BEWARE!!! More

BUYERS AVOID This Dealership: Terrible Experience and Unethical Practices I bought my first car from this dealership in July, and my family has been loyal customers at this dealership for almost a dec Unethical Practices I bought my first car from this dealership in July, and my family has been loyal customers at this dealership for almost a decade. We negotiated for winter tires as part of the deal, since they weren’t willing to budge at all on price and most cars today come with tyres, so it wasn’t asking for much. However, what they gave me were 14-year-old tires (2011) that were leaking and dangerously unsafe. After just a couple of months, they became a serious hazard. I called the dealership to explain the situation, and instead of owning up to their “mistake”, they tried to blame and belittle me for not checking the tires before buying the car. Seriously? I was a first-time buyer— I had no idea to check tire dates, & the salesman, Bob, knew this and took advantage of it. Any legitimate business wouldn’t blame their customers for not making sure they weren’t being scammed… I’ve read other reviews on Yelp where people had the same issue, this isn’t just a one-off. IT’S A SCAM. The dealership flat-out refused to replace the tires and even refused to cover the cost of installing new ones. The managers never bothered to call back and we’re conveniently never available. Bob was beyond unhelpful and dismissive. From the point of sale (when I picked up the car, Bob wasn’t even there, one of the keys was lost, and I had to wait 45 minutes for them to find someone else to hand over the car), this dealership has been extremely unprofessional. Giving customers 14-year-old used scraps is NOT OKAY. My family has been buying and servicing cars here for almost a decade, but after this experience, we will never buy or service another car here again. The dealership may be convenient, but nothing justifies how we were belittled and treated as an inconvenience. Subaru vehicles are awesome, but this dealership is completely unprofessional. We’re taking our business to Subaru Montreal to buy another car this year and will never look back. More
