Called Subaru Sources on June 8th and spoke with their service department. I was quoted up to two hours labour at $140 an hour just to have a rear wheel bearing checked under factory warranty on my 2020 I service department. Called another Subaru dealership and was told it would take no more than 20 minutes to do a quick test drive and hoist up the vehicle and identify the issue. After seeing 136 other one star negative Google reviews and a 3.8 dealer rating It all made sense. I also left a detailed voice message with their service manager, Rene Racine expressing my concerns. As of 1pm today, a day after leaving the service manager a vm, absalutelly no response from him or anyone at this dealership. Shame on you Subaru Sources. More

Several members of my family own or lease a Subaru and they all say the same thing. We are a big family driving several models in the line up from the Outback to the Forester to the Impreza. For me, it was easy to make the decision. I chose the Subaru Ascent Onyx and I could not be happier with it. My kids are happy too! They all have their own space! Worst service I have ever had in all my life. I purchased a brand new outback and have had trouble with it from day one. If the car is still under warranty, they will brush you off until the warranty is over. More

In today's world it is unusual to find a service center where the employees work quickly and efficiently to get you on your way. It has always been a pleasure to deal with Mina in particular. He is profe where the employees work quickly and efficiently to get you on your way. It has always been a pleasure to deal with Mina in particular. He is professional, polite, cheerful and efficient. His customer service skills are excellent. We have two Subaru's so I find myself making regular trips there for scheduled maintenance, tire changes etc. and they make it as painless as possible with complimentary shuttle, loaner cars where necessary and a comfortable waiting room if you choose to wait. At 64 I've spent many hours waiting for cars and Subaru des Sources has been the best experience of the lot. More
My Subaru Legacy, less than 2 years old, just had a ''C maintenance'', 800 dollars. The only thing actually done was oil change, air filters and the PCV valve replaced. They still missed the increased noise in suspension components. This maintenance is only a money grab. I was happy with my first Legacy - 2010 - that still runs and looks like new. I was happy with Subaru des Sources service, until about 5 years back. They forgot to replace the timing belt! Realized that before it broke. The new Legacy, with all the bells and whistles, is not manufactured to the same quality standards, and the service is awful. More
Poor customer service My Subaru Crosstrek is only 2 years old and I have rust appearing on the back door. When I went to Subaru, they just dismissed me with the comment tha My Subaru Crosstrek is only 2 years old and I have rust appearing on the back door. When I went to Subaru, they just dismissed me with the comment that it was due to "impact" when clearly it was not. It is still under warranty for rust and they will not honor their warranty. More
