I called last minute to see if I could get in the following morning to replace a headlamp. The service department was able to accommodate the short notice and fixed my issue courteously and professio following morning to replace a headlamp. We had a terrible experience trying to buy a used 2022 WRX at Subaru City. We had a verbal hold a vehicle, and the vehicle was apparently sold early the next morning. Bill Lam was great to deal with but WRX at Subaru City. We had a verbal hold a vehicle, and the vehicle was apparently sold early the next morning. Bill Lam was great to deal with but his higher level management team was terrible and unwilling to talk to us during negotiations. Would not trust these guys at all. Couldn't get a straight story on a the vehicle's condition when asked about it's maintenance records with were done at Subaru City. Very disappointed in their communication follow-up and ability / wanting to transact a deal on an advertised and transparent price. More
