I am so thankful with the help I received from Praveen and Lori as we worked through my car purchase. I was given options but never felt pressured. Praveen went out of his way to make sure I got the car I and Lori as we worked through my car purchase. I was given options but never felt pressured. Praveen went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted in the colour I wanted! I am thrilled with my purchase. This is the third Subaru Forester I've owned and I tell everyone who asks (even if they don't ask....) how much I love, love my Subaru. More
Just purchased a new Forester and could not be happier with both the car and the dealership. From the moment we walked in our salesman, Parveen Singhal, was so helpful and informative. We really appreci with both the car and the dealership. From the moment we walked in our salesman, Parveen Singhal, was so helpful and informative. We really appreciate the complete transparent knowledge and how smooth he made our purchase. I highly recommend Parveen and Subabu City. More

I was disappointed with the service. First I have an appointment first thing and when I arrive there was no one there until 10mins after my appointment. I happened to have not needed to First I have an appointment first thing and when I arrive there was no one there until 10mins after my appointment. I happened to have not needed to be anywhere but had I needed to be this is unacceptable. I let them know what came up on my engine light and it took them 3 hr later to tell me what the issue was, when the test took about 1.5 hrs. I also texted them to see what the status of my car was and it took them an hour after that to call me. It would now take all day to fix I had to request a loaner. Which ended up being a rental. Only to be informed that when I pick up my car after servicing it included a 1 hr test drive on my gas to help them determine the issue. I was charged for almost 8 hrs of labour at over 900 dollars alone. I was very disappointed. I am also not sure what the customer satisfaction of 5% was about. Also the warranty is good for 20000 kms or 1 year on the part which was original that needed to be replaced was at 200000kms that is poor quality. More
I hope my experience was a one off, because it was the worst experience I had ever had. the only good part about it was my salesman JJ! and he is the only reason i am giving a 2 star review at all Firstl worst experience I had ever had. the only good part about it was my salesman JJ! and he is the only reason i am giving a 2 star review at all Firstly, the sales experience was fantastic because of the salesman (I want to point out that he was the only reason I purchased the vehicle) everything after was absolute garbage. When I made the purchase and had almost all the paperwork signed for a 2024 Subaru Outback Limited XT they said that due to it not having its PTI (Post Trip Inspection) that i would have to wait a week to finalize and drive my car home, NO PROBLEM! throughout this week I kept in touch with both my salesman and the accountant, set up the transfer for my insurance, made sure i had everything associated with my trade in collected. I took a day off work to go and pick up my car on the proposed date, i arrived on the Saturday as planned and they send me to transfer my registration of my trade in (I live 3 hours away from the Dealership so my only means of getting back home) when I returned to the dealership I was then told that my car was not ready and in the body shop still getting transport damaged fix. At this point I couldn't drive my own car back because it had no insurance or registration at this point. They set me up in a rental (thank goodness) and gave me an oil change and some cash which was nice but overall still mad I took a day off work and no one told me it wouldn't be finished even with me talking with them throughout the week. My car was not ready for another week and a half, where I drove the rental, luckily I had another reason to go to the city on a Tuesday. I set up the appointment for 1200-1300 to pick up my vehicle, I was told at 12:15 "do you have anything else to do in the city, your car still isn't ready". The wife and I tried to find things to do for another 2.5 hours and finally when we arrived at the dealer at 3 it was just barely getting finished. i drove my car home and was mostly happy, ticked I got pushed back 3 time! A few days later I checked my credit card statement, noticing a charge on my card from the rental (dealership agreed to cover all costs of the vehicle rental when we got it) I immediately contacted my sales rep about it, he brought it forward and said they would deal with it. After a WEEK and a half hounding them they finally had a cheque written out for me to reimburse the cost. This was an unacceptable experience for picking up a vehicle that the pick up date costed me a day of work, the fuel of driving twice to get it, the lack of communication to me the buyer. I cannot recommend this with the experience I had to pick up my car. Again the only reason I purchased the vehicle was because of my Salesman and that I wanted this particular vehicle, but if I had known the PITA it would have been to get it, I would not have purchased it in the first place Thanks for reading More
