Nick was fantastic and we highly recommend him as an advisor! He was upfront with information I requested without being pushy and let us reach out on our own when we were ready to purchase. ((We inquired about a vehicle test drive at another Subaru location because they had the model on the lot at the time. The advisor was extremely pushy, aggressive for a sale, only spoke to my husband, didn’t acknowledge me and spoke to me through my husband as if I weren’t even there.)) NICK at SUBARU CITY has to be one of the best advisors I’ve dealt with. He acknowledged me as an equal, maintained communication through every step of the process and made sure we were absolutely happy with our purchase. He went above and beyond to send pricing, videos, photos and extra updates on the status of my vehicle. His bubbly personality made the experience relaxing and not stressful at all. Lori and Paula with finance are awesome and super helpful with warm, welcoming, friendly personalities. My only issue was that when Lori and Paula weren’t there, finance wasnt always the easiest to get a hold of and it often took a long time to get a call back. We found that finance (when Lori/Paula weren’t in), didn’t give a call back update on the status of my vehicle when requests however, we understood being short staffed/illness may have been a factor. My girls’ love the new car and it has given us peace of mind that we are safe on the road with a reliable vehicle from Subaru City. ((Can’t give rating for people I didn’t deal with or meet. We entered Subaru City not even knowing what we’re looking for and with in the first 20 minutes we had found the vehicle we wanted. The sales team were fast and efficient and the thing I liked the mos looking for and with in the first 20 minutes we had found the vehicle we wanted. Absolutely the biggest f around of my life. First, they refused to sell me a vehicle without a trade. So I went elsewhere and bought a Subaru.
