Zero transperancy I'm still at a loss as to why I could only have the carproof documents AFTER I buy the car. I need this information WHILE I'm shopping around for cars I'm still at a loss as to why I could only have the carproof documents AFTER I buy the car. I need this information WHILE I'm shopping around for cars. Carproof is useless to me once I buy the car from you. Showing me the carproof for 30 seconds and asking for it back doesn't give me any confidence in the fact that you're disclosing everything. Plus, the sales person couldn't even explain some terminology on there. Here's a tip for you Strickland: give the customers a copy of the Carproof BEFORE they buy a car and don't use a patronizing tone with the customers. It might just bring in a sale. More

Waste of time I have been shopping for a usedtruck for 8 months and saw one online at Stricklands. Nick Roth responded to my email fairly quickly and sent me some pictures and answered some questions. Specifically I asked if there was any rust on the vehicle. He responded with 'just on the tailgate and a little on the rear wheel wells'. So I made the 2.5 hour drive out with a friend. THE TRUCK WAS COMPLETELY RUSTED OUT!!! It was basically scrap! The tailgate was rotten. The wheel wells had holes through them. And the rockers had holes so big I could fit my foot in them. They still wanted $5500! Then Nick tried to get me to spend more money and asked me to buy a newer truck! I was so upset with the complete disregard for my time and hard earned money! Don't listen to the lies they tell you. Buyer beware. More

Damion was my salesperson and always made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Mike and Darryl also helped me out in keeping me satisfied with my vehicle. The longer trip was definitely worth it and I would recommend Strickland's to anyone willing to make the drive out there. More

I wanted to support my local community and after doing some general research online I drove over to S My experience at Stricklands was terrible!!!!!! I wanted to support my local community and after doing some general research online I drove over to Stricklands looking for a new vehicle that would meet my needs. If first impressions are best than I should have walked out right after I entered. No one could answer my questions about the leather option that is provided. I spoke to three different sales staff and I received three different answers. I finally found someone I thought was being somewhat truthful with me so he spent some time talking to me about the RAV4 and brought it up for me to see because the one they had in the show room was out of power and I couldn't see in the back. I decided to go back the following day with my husband, and the sales staff I was working with was aware I was coming. When we got there I requested to speak with the staff I had dealt with the day before. Instead I had to start all over with a new staff member because the gentlemen I was dealing with was apparently let go that morning. Although John, the second sales staff I was with was nice he was brand new and didn't know very much about the product he was selling. He did get some help from Damion, but he seemed to be disengaged and not that interested in our business. We did take the vehicle out for a drive and liked it very much. We had two vehicles we wanted to trade in so we made arrangements to bring them in the following day. I met with Damion again and once again he seemed disinterested in our business. When I took the second vehicle in he accused me of only wanting to get a dollar vehicle for our trade ins and seemed annoyed that we did research of what our trade ins should be worth as well. I left that interaction very frustrated! A few days later Damion called me on the phone to finally give me the trade in value of our vehicles. I told him that we would think about it while we were away for a week and I would call him when we returned. When I did call him he didn't remember who I was. I explained that I thought they were offering us too little for our trade ins and we wanted him to reconsider what he was offering. He said he would look into it and call us back. That was three weeks ago and I still have not heard from him. I was so frustrated with the process that yesterday I went to Hefner Toyota in Kitchener and let me tell you what a very different experience!!!!!! They looked at my vehicle and gave me trade in values right away while I waited. They were friendly and enthusiastic and overall kind. Turns out I was right about what they were trying to give me for a trade in value at Stricklands. By going to Hefner Toyota I saved $10 000.00 between the trade in value of my two vehicles as well as the lower price for my RAV4. Yup, that's right $10 000.00!!!!!!!!! It was worth the drive to Kitchener and after much frustration I have finally purchased a new vehicle. If you are looking for a Toyota I would highly recommend that you get a second opinion at another dealership, it was well worth my while. It's unfortunate that I couldn't support our local dealer, that's what I set out to do at the beginning of this very frustrating journey. More

We found a used Toyota Highlander at stricklands and discussed the purchase with the salesman through several emails discussing condition etc. We decided to purchase Nd upon arrival found the vehicle had allege scratch along the drivers side also the front bumper was cracked, we took the vehicle out for a drive and it was rough, we told the salesman and manager we would not accept this vehicle and to their credit they refunded the 4000.00 deposit. The salesman had failed to go and check the vehicle to confirm its condition plus had indicated that it was an employee's trade in. We drove 5 hours to pick up the vehicle and took a day vacation to close the deal. Will not shop atStricklands again! More

I live almost 40 mins away and actually I,m closer to another dealership, but for me the continuous smiles that greet you keep me going back to get my work done at Stricklands and Kyle Neumeister is just one of a few great service advisors that help once I,m there,,,,, My son loves going and playing on the play station set up in the waiting area ( as long as no one is watching T.V. ) and of course the free vehicle wash is nice especially during winter months getting rid of the road salt More
