My faith restored in Stricklands 2 years ago I had a terrible experience with a sales rep from automart who tried to sell me a Nissan after the drive belt snapped during a test drive. 2 years ago I had a terrible experience with a sales rep from automart who tried to sell me a Nissan after the drive belt snapped during a test drive. The rep had the audacity to try and close the sale when the engine was effectively scrap the moment the belt snapped. He also made me and my mom wait over 25 minutes in the blazing heat for a pick up. From that moment I decided never to deal with Stricklands and to indeed boycott the operation. Today however, Jason cook restored my faith and picked out a great as is car for me to fix up for my sister. The valuation on the car is excellent and even though we had a battery charge issue today during the sale, he still managed to convince me of its value and close me within a very short amount of time. He even got me a coffee to support while we waited for Josh to do the paper work. Jason has a really keen eye for a deal on as is and I will Defineately recommend him to all my friends and family. Micheal lawless needs customer service training Mike came out looking to fight with me. Looks like they repaired the scratch on the bumper with white out. Then after being rude and combative said he would go get the paint stick so I could touch it up myself....never came back. Why you ask? BECAUSE THE PAINT STICK WAS BACK ORDERED!!! So what did you use on the bumper Mike? White out? Other than his bad attitude the sales people were great. Ryan was helpful and a pleasure to work with and Damion was great too. I recommend to avoid Mike at all costs and if you can do that it should be a good experience. More

Damion was our salesman, and we had excellent service from him. He took all of our input and found the perfect vehicle for us, with no pressure. He was honest and to the point, and didn't try to give us the hard sell. The selection was great, and we are very happy with our new car. The only reason I am deducting one star is because unfortunately we did not enjoy our experience with the Business Manager Michael, who dealt with our financing. I found him to be condescending and irritable, and he did not take time to explain anything to us clearly. He did get through all of our financing papers quickly however, which was a bonus, and Damion's service far and away made up for the negative experience with Michael. Overall, great experience and picking up the car was extremely quick and simple. Worth the drive from London for sure!! More
