I buy used car which was advertised in their website and it was saying that the car was with Blind spot detector, heated seat and with back camera but when I received it it doesn't have all that features wh it was saying that the car was with Blind spot detector, heated seat and with back camera but when I received it it doesn't have all that features which they put on advertising. The dealership was close to my home. It was also very clean and all the sales staff were extremely courteous and kind. The sales representative whose name is Francis, was also very kind, It was also very clean and all the sales staff were extremely courteous and kind. The sales representative whose name is Francis, was also very kind, not pushy at all and knew everything about the vehicle. Due to his expertise, we came back to him which means a lot to us. Ended up at Streetsville Hyundai on a recommendation from another dealership. Thats right, another dealership recommended this place. Drove there last weekend with my daughter looking to buy her a car a from another dealership. Thats right, another dealership recommended this place. Drove there last weekend with my daughter looking to buy her a car and was greeted buy 2 of the best car salesman I have ever met and dealt with, Francis and Basil. These guys along with Ned and Raj went above and beyond to get us the best deal and made sure that we were 100% satisfied and happy with her purchase. Every car buyer needs a Francis and Basil. Streetsville Hyundai gets 5 stars. Selling cars in todays world is not easy but these guys make it look east. More
bad customer service at streetsville location I have a 2017 Hyundai Tucson and have been servicing my car at the streetsville location for just over 4 years. On Friday December 3 2021 I dropped off my c a 2017 Hyundai Tucson and have been servicing my car at the streetsville location for just over 4 years. On Friday December 3 2021 I dropped off my car first thing in the morning to have it looked at because the chek engine light came on when driving my car Thursday night. The engine completely started to loose power and went into safetymode. Afyer dropping off my vehicle for inspection my husband also asked them to check the thermostat because the heat wasn't working well. Note that my car in still under warranty. After the service team had time to look over my vehicle Jordan called me Friday evening to advised me that they will be replacing my thermostat with a new one and that my knocking sencer needed to be replaced. Jordan was nice enough to explain everything to me in detail What a knocking sensor does and what it's used for. Then I was informed that unfortunate the part was on back order and that they currently didn't have an ETA and that my vehicle WAS NOT SAFE to drive. I explained to Jordan that I have a little toddler and that my husband works full time and I also work and that I needed a vehicle to take my son to daycare, go to work and pick him up. I can't go without a car. Jordan advised me that he is waiting for management to approve a car rental and would get back to me Saturday. On Saturday December 4th my husband receives a call from the service manager advising us to come pick up my car. We were both shocked as we were told previously that previously that my car is not drivable. This service manager told my husband that the code was erased and gone and that my car is safe to drive. Both my husband and I know that once a code is cleared that doesn't fix the problem and the check engine light is just bound to come back on at some point. I don't understand how he can feel comfortable and sleep at night by telling someone this information when it could cause much more damage to my vehicle not knowing how long it's gonna take for the sensor part to come in and my vehicle could also catch on fire. We express our concerns especially with having a child i need to know that we are all safe inside the vehicle and that its actually safe to be driven. I only trust Jordan as hes always been so helpful and kind evertime I've gone in to have work done on my car. It's really feel that the service manager did not want to pay to get me a car rental and basically just wanted to get rid of us. Then they proceeded by telling my husband that he will fill out paperwork stating that he requested a rental and that he will wait and see what head office says. The service department during that time also told me husband that my breaks needed to be replaced. My husband then asked to come in and see the break pads he they clearly didn't need replacement. Looks like they are trying to take advantage of people just to make sales. How are we as customers supposed to believe what they say after that going forward if it's true or not. I got my vehicle back after a month in January 4/2022. Now on February 21/2022 I'm driving on the highway coming home and my check engine light comes on again and my car goes into safety mode. I couldn't even drive more than 90 km at this point. I then go and drop off my vehicle on February 22nd after Family Day. I advise them of everything that's going on with my car and what happened. First I get a call from someone telling me that the knocking sensor was damaged again and that it needs to be replaced again. Then the service team advised me that they would talk to someone to get more details and get back to me. Then I get a second call advising me that Hyundai Canada didn't want to replace the knocking sensor a second time and that they were gonna replace my engine. Then later that day I get a 3rd call telling me no we're not going to replace your engine we're going to replace your the knocking sensor. I was completely confused at this point and fustrated/angry. As a customer who am I supposed to believe and what is actually going on. I then chose to speak with Burty the service manager advising him once again that i need a rental until this all gets straightened out and fixed. I was told by him that he didn't have any rentals to provide me and that there was nothing he could do. then I proceeded to tell him about my whole entire story and then he decided to try and get it approved by the head office for my rental. At the end Jordan advised me that my entire engine is being replaced and that my car should be ready before end of March.2022. The most rediculas part is between February 28 and today March 18/22 I've received several calls from the service department or Oscar asking me how my service was with Hyundai Streetsville and how my vehicles doing. All i can say is WOW......you still have my vehicle there since Feb.22 waiting to be fixed. Do the staff not look at someone's file or look into the computer system and read over notes??? What about communicating with their team before following up. This is completely frustrating, stressful and makes me have 0 confidence in what they are doing and saying. I have never received such poor customer service. I would be embarrassed as a manger to have my team make us all look bad and provid this type service. I've addressed my issue and concerns with the service management and with Hyundai Canada. The only 1 person who's been helpful and kind is Jordan. I definitely would NOT recommend this location when it comes to service. More

I have no complaints; The last recall, I was attended to by Mr. Chetan who was very good ; this time it was Mr. Jardon whom i found to be very helpful in all ways, just like Mr. Chetan. I am very satisfied by Mr. Chetan who was very good ; this time it was Mr. Jardon whom i found to be very helpful in all ways, just like Mr. Chetan. I know that he takes good care of my car which is a weight off my shoulders. I highly recommend this service advisor to everyone. More
