WOW! ! What can I say about the service. If I can give it lower than a 1 Star rating I would!! First thing, if you are having an OIL CONSUMPTION issue ! What can I say about the service. If I can give it lower than a 1 Star rating I would!! First thing, if you are having an OIL CONSUMPTION issue with your Santa Fe, DO NOT take it to this service center. Thy will milk you for all your money, and not fix the issue. No wonder Nav Bhatia can afford those season tickets to the RAPTORS!! They are aware of the MAJOR issue with the bearing that causes this oil consumption, and WILL NOT service your car until you spend thousands to do the testing, and then when submitted to Hyundai Canada, uses them as an excuse to say that your claim is denied, and you must pay additional money to have your engine opened up to find the same issue (bearing) that was already the reason. BAD SERVICE for service department, charge extra money when I get back the vehicle, I got the customer copy from May 6, 2023. But, on that time, I didn't get back the vehicle, I take back my vehicle on Mo when I get back the vehicle, I got the customer copy from May 6, 2023. But, on that time, I didn't get back the vehicle, I take back my vehicle on Monday May 8, 2023, They charge me another $60 more without notice,. When I go back home to compare the price, I just know it, CHEATIN'G, I won't go back this dealer again. Tell all the customer, Check all the price before you pay. I feel disappoint on what they cheating on their customer. Streetsville Hyundai, I won't go back for them again. More

Last week I booked an appointment for an oil change which was scheduled for today at 10:00AM. I arrived at 9:50AM and then proceeded to the waiting area after handing over my keys. At 11:00AM I walked back t was scheduled for today at 10:00AM. I arrived at 9:50AM and then proceeded to the waiting area after handing over my keys. At 11:00AM I walked back to the area where you drive in and leave your car and inquired about my vehicle. The service Rep, (Who happens to be the same one who told me I did not hear a squeeking noise coming from breaks the last time I was there to have it checked out on my brand new 2022 Kona N. I did not realize that I was looking at the alert posted on the board beside him which read, "There has been a problem identified with breaks making noise from dust building up on the pads and a recall will be made to correct this problem on 2022 Kona N and Elantra models." He quickly corrected himself when he saw that I was becoming agitated with his attempts to blow me off). So fast forward to today. When I went to inquire about my car which has 8000kms on it, he said. "The are not only doing an oil change but a full service check." I guess he thinks I am an idiot because for a new car with 8000kms what more than the tire pressure and the fluid levels do you have to check? So I patiently went back to the waiting room and at that time one other person came and sat down, the entire time, I was there alone. At 11:50AM I went back again to ask about my car and the same guy said, "Oh they just finished with your car." He directed me to some other woman because he said he did not know how to process my bill for $95.00. I followed her to the front and asked her why do I have to pay for an oil change when I have prepaid for this for the next 5 years? She said nothing was on file. I asked her to call Lesley upstairs who confirmed that I am a preferred customer and there should not be any cost to this service. So after clearing that up, I was told to go find my car waiting for me outside. I called Lesley to express my disappointment in having to wait for 2 hours for a scheduled oil change that was booked a week in advance. I told her that no time did anyone come in to say, "Sir sorry for the delay can I offer you something?" I did see many people who the Service rep was very friendly with come in after me, get served and leave long before me, I guess they were higher on the "Preferred Customer list" than I am. 1. When I bought the car they did not have my upgraded Trunk liner, it was on back order. When it came in it was the cheaper version of the Trunk liner and I had to point that out to Hamza who sold me the car. I returned weeks later and picked up the correct one. 2. Service rep told me I was hearing things when I said the brakes on my new care are squeeking. 3. I had to go in person to tell them to stop calling me for my new mats because I already picked them up two weeks ago (Made them take it off the system). 4. Being totally ignored today for 2 hours during what should have been a simple oil change. 5. When I picked-up the brand new vehicle, it had a nice stone chip on the front hood. They told me they would schedule an appointment to fix it. They gave me a paint pen a few weeks later and sent me on my way. If I could put a negative star as a rating in I would. I am also sorry that I recommended this Dealership to several people. Lets see how the next service goes at 15,000kms. More
Today I got the delivery of my Ioniq 5, Hamza Arshad and Leslie made the process very smooth. My car required work that would take some time. The shuttle was good (it took awhile to pick me up because he was dealing with other people).
