She is a very pleasant and accommodating young woman willing to engage in conversation throughout the 'tire kicking' experience. We took a couple of SUVs for a drive with the understanding that I was at the very beginning of looking for a new vehicle and dealing would be sometime in the future. I appreciate that and because of it, I will try to deal with Strathmore Ford when I'm ready to purchase. More

Experience the difference Purchasing a vehicle today, especially new, is a huge investment for most of us. The staff I dealt with in Medicine Hat and Calgary were useless. The Purchasing a vehicle today, especially new, is a huge investment for most of us. The staff I dealt with in Medicine Hat and Calgary were useless. They were like Real Estate Agents. They knew nothing about their product; just try it, buy it, pay me. It was instantly different at Strathmore Ford. I had never purchased new before, but as I looked, the staff asked what I needed out of a vehicle and then told me what ford products would fill those needs. I had done most of my homework before my first visit, but the information I received from the sales department (Rachel C) met my expectations. Some information needed to be researched but I was not given anything inaccurate. We looked at every detail together and verified the vehicle I was sold would do what I expected it to. I was introduced to other members of the dealership as needed, and also had time to meet with the service manager to make sure I understood about long term care of the vehicle. The entire staff understand that we as consumers just need the facts. This process is not difficult when you deal with real people. Strathmore Ford has a great group of real people. More

Horrible experience Stopped for an oil change on the way through. It took forever, after the oil change the technician ripped out of the parking lot. Then attempted to charge $205 for an oil change that's $110 anywhere else. Never put the correct grade of oil in, and now the check air filter light is on. And to top it all off when we phoned back to inquire about the incorrect grade of oil just got put on hold and got the run around. I'm a loyal Ford owner but wouldn't darken the doorstep to this place again More
