Dropped my vehicle off at 8 am 11 am no communication patiently waiting on my vehicle, and courtesy pick up No answer @ Service department left 3 messages, called the Service Manager 11:15 am Service manager returned my call told me vehicles dropped off are noon pickups???? Not impressed. Pick up 11:15 am Truly, the employee I dealt with with at 8 am ignored me in the service department 2X his wonderful coworker reminded him professionally I was there to pick up my vehicle. Do not recommend this Business in my Community will not return to this business. More

Strathmore Ford went above and beyond for me. Paul, Chris, Lori, Heidi and Sarah are excellent to deal with.
