I had a free oil change coming but when I told the girl she stated that I should have told her that when I came in and that she couldn't change the billing! Huh??? So I have a free oil change but I filled in a customer satisfaction and got no answer. I find the service was very slow...spent two hour minimum for an oil change! And then they didn't even check my lights. And what else didn't they check and said they did?? Not going back for my free oil change. More

Wont stand behind product Engine blew on the 401 on our 2013 Sonata. It was out of warranty and dealership charged us $4500 for a replacement engine.
