Hi Rick, My name is Gerard Feliciano. The account is under my wife’s name Ma Lourdes. I have an email from Chris Tonkin last December 2019 offering me $600 of parts and service credit. You were copied in. When i called your dealership i was told that i have $150 credit for parts and nothing else. I sent 2 other emails to Chris in December 2019 and Feb and one a few days ago but i have not gotten any response. This is where my frustration is coming from. Another source of frustration is the poor workmanship of the 3m protection on my vehicle. Due to this frustration I have decided to use other means to express it and be heard. I hope you are able to do something about this as i am utterly disappointed with the level of service that i have been receiving from your award winning dealership.

Hey Gerard, Thank you for breaking this down for you. I understand your frustration I would be just as upset if I were you for this run around you have been getting. I also apologize for Chris's delay in getting back to you, most of his e-mails get forwarded to me to respond right away due to him being tied up between his KIA dealerships. Gerard I do have a solution for you for everything that I will personally walk you through so the only person you would have to deal with is myself. This way there will not be any road blocks getting these promises completed for you. Firstly for your 3M if you bring me Ma's vehicle to our dealership I will give her a rental vehicle at no charge and I will replace her full 3M so there are no bubbles or any sort of imperfections at no charge. Regarding your credit of $600.00 if Chris said you get a credit of $600.00 I will make sure to honor that. Gerard can you please forward me that email Chris sent you back in December and I will make sure that credit goes toward exactly what Mr.Tonkin had promised you.
