Firstly your salesperson named yasir rehman told us that there will be no other charges apart from the car costs + taxes and then your finance guy named robert manipulated the things by saying that bank is there will be no other charges apart from the car costs + taxes and then your finance guy named robert manipulated the things by saying that bank is not approving your loan without CPO (extended warranty). But when i ask him to show where’s the proof that bank is denying for loan then he said I can’t show you its our and banks matter. Please explain me if i’m the one who’s seeking the loan from bank then why can’t i have the right to see the documents? When i said interest rate you’re charging is too high(10%) he said you have to take CPO then interest rate would be 8.8% so directly indirectly he was focused on selling CPO to us no matter what.I asked for my credit report again he denied by saying I can’t show you. Seriously? Then he told us you guys won’t be able to get loan now onwards if you cancel the deal. Within 20 minutes of signing the sale letter i came to your stoufville nissan’s manager and told him that i want to cancel the deal he said you can take robert’s number and call him at 11am tomorrow and i did the same i have conveyed him that I don’t want the deal he then said you’re loan is approved and it can’t be cancelled now. I have called yasir many times but he didn’t answer my call. Then after half a day he sent some messages to my number saying you’re deal can’t be cancelled and you won’t be getting any refund for the deposit. Next day i have given them one condition that i will pick the vehicle but i don’t want any extra charges like CPO and GAP insurance they again said you’re loan is denied without them again my i asked for denied documents from bank he said I can’t show you. I shared my story with Sam, one of the sales reps, who listen with empathy and was completely transparent from day one. Knowing he had to win my trust after that horrible experience, he never tried to pitch me on any extras and worked with Christie to offer me the best deal within my budget. But what impressed me the most about this dealership was what they offered me for my trade-in vehicle. Every other dealership offered me no more than $1500 , after putting my vehicle on the live auction they were able to give me $2500 for my trade-in. And that is honestly what close the deal for me . I knew then that what was most important to them was creating a long standing positive relationship with their customers rather than putting a little extra money in their pocket . If you’re looking to purchase a Nissan vehicle then I highly recommend that you work with this small but honest dealership. Totally pre-occupied with my health issues for 3 days, I returned to pick up the 'new' car to find all paperwork completed and ready for me. The new vehicle needed some added detailing and items transferred from the old car, and thanks to Ian and his service crew, that was also completed in that time. Thanks to Kristi and Josie, Jim (Sales) for his wonderful "tech' update on the new car and the Service Crew, especially the two young men who did the detailing and transferring and to Ian for co-ordinating and getting it all done in the time frame. Nissan Versa seamless transmission is a DUD! My Versa has 122,000 kms. When my engine light came on, I brought it to Stouffville Nissan dealership. $148 later and within an hour, I was informed My Versa has 122,000 kms. When my engine light came on, I brought it to Stouffville Nissan dealership. $148 later and within an hour, I was informed that the transmission was caput. I brought it to my own mechanic in Markham. Within an hour, they confirmed that the transmission was indeed finished. They charged me, not even a nickel! Because of the type of transmission, only Nissan has the parts. At an estimate of just under $5000 for a rebuilt, there is nothing I can do. The body and interior of the car is in pristine condition, but there is no way I can sell it. There is also no way I would buy another Nissan. More
