Worst customer service I have ever had!!!! I never write reviews but this time I need to tell people to not get their car service at the stouffville location. I have had 3 Rouges and been going I never write reviews but this time I need to tell people to not get their car service at the stouffville location. I have had 3 Rouges and been going to the markham location for all my services. They are amazing!! Now that the stouffville location has come and want to give my community my business I have had nothing but problems. Wanted to purchase a new Rouge I call 3 time and came in and no one called me back. I guess they don’t need to sell a car. Purchased my car at another location. Want to give a second chance and every time there’s is something wrong with my car, I take it somewhere else for a second option and they are wrong. The last straw was when they told me needed to get my back breaks done and sure enough they didn’t but needed to get my fronts done. I called to let them know that the paper work was wrong. They said a manager would call me back and waited 2 weeks and had to call them back. Didn’t want anything free just wanted to let them know the paper work was wrong. They did not care. Went to a party that weekend and others were saying the same thing... they want to make money on you and hope that u say yes... More

They are not ready to understand that i m not that stupid to call them to clean snow but they are not ready to listen that my gas was too low. This is my mistake to choose this company More

Not providing answer to customer by upper management We were market for compact SUV. We did research with family friend s and over the internet and decide to buy Nissan Rogue AWD with Tech Package. We decide to do test drive and went to Stouffville Nissan to do a test drive since we live close to the dealership. Did the test drive like the vehicle and plan to lease it for 5 years. They present with their offer and we told them we didn’t decide the number yet will comeback for next day to go thru the offer and they agreed. Went to dealership next day sign an offer end for July 2016 that both of us agree and decide to pick the vehicle on mid August 2016. In August Nissan Canada advertise their lease rate to 0.99%. We have reached out to the Stouffville Nissan is possible to do my lease at 0.99% since we sign deal with in a week and didn’t pick up the vehicle yet? Dealership mention that deal was sign last month is not possible to do it at this time. After that we have reached out to Nissan Canada FSI and speak to them, that they mention it’s doable but up to the dealership. And also spoken with my friends and family have done this and never had an issue with different dealership. We went back to Stouffville Nissan and present to them what Nissan Canada and others said. They still maintain it’s not doable since them selling the vehicle at lost cost. Very disappoint at their upper management how they handling the customer issues. Sent e-mail to General Manager no reply so far. Sales rep calls back us mention that we need reply back to the e-mail. When issues raise not a proper answer and try to ignore the customer only focus on profit. Have spoken with Car Cost Canada mention most of the dealers do this but some customer add condition on the offer at pick time of the vehicle which is the lowest interest dealer should honor that. Sales manager more interested in maximizing profit I went to this dealership to shop for a 2015 Murano. The first price I was offered was $750 over the MSRP. When I requested a better price, the $750 was removed and I was told the dealership was making very little profit at this offer. I showed the salesperson that I have the detailed cost from carcostcanada.com where at the MSRP the dealership was making a minimum of $3230.00. I was not offered a better deal and I decided to leave. As I was exiting, the sales manager went on a rant on how customers use one dealership to get a better deal at another- it sounded insulting and arrogant. I did not expect this treatment from a Japanese car dealership . It reminded me of the GM dealerships from previous years. Japanese dealerships are typically noted for courtesy, respect and customer service. Recommendation: if you don't want to be taken advantage of by unscrupulous car salespeople, get an accurate cost breakdown from the web page I noted above (it costs $40 but will save you thousands $. I bought my 2015 murano at another dealership for $3000.00 (when the hst is also included)less than this dealership was offering. More
