That being said, the manager addressed the situation promptly, replacing my radio completely with upgraded model, and arranged for a special shuttle arrangement when I had difficulty driving back to dealer for the repair. I’ve also had a few service events over the past year on my aging Caravan, and each time. the front desk staff, (Jenny in particular for me) have been courteous, friendly and prompt with their communications. While I enjoyed my eco diesel for 4. 5 years, the last couple months have been unforgiving.
